Went this morning and got a breakfast burrito for $5- nothing fancy it was simple and I really enjoyed it. Chorizo, eggs, cheese and beans. You can't beat the price. I also ordered a birria plate for later so I can make tacos.

The best taco truck in the Fruitvale, I tried them all and Maria's Mexican Food is top of the food chain; quality, authentic, real flavor, made that morning, with a friendly small family business modus operandi. So many other taquerias fall into the trap of mediocreness, Maria's is consistently flavorful, quality Mexican food, enjoyed by the local community, with a full quality menu. Their morning cafe de olla, or atole drinks are amazing and mixed with flavors, their agua fruit drinks are on point without too much sugar. This is definitely a spot you need to try out.

This place is a local gem. It opens very early so I can swing by on my way to work around 6:30am. They have breakfast burritos for $5 which is pretty much unheard of these days. They have a wide selection of meats and dishes but my favorites are the Carne Asada burrito and Birria Tacos. The service is fast and great and it's saved me from driving miles out of the way when I need a quick meal.

Amazing home cooked meals! Maria is so sweet and a great chef. The birria is exceptional!

I am a sucker for a good breakfast burrito. That is all I have eaten there but where else can you still get a $5 burrito and be able to eat it for breakfast and lunch. Will be back to try the tacos and birria!

This place is soooo good. We come here a couple of times a month and it's consistently super high quality. We got super burritos tonight with birria and we will definitely have leftovers. Such a great deal and we love that we can walk from our place. Bonus - you can call ahead to order too.

I went back recently and the burrito quality definitely changed my last review 10/10 just more expensive.
