Manny's Steakhouse

Great location in Vallejo. Right next to the Napa river channel across from Mare island. Lots of free parking. Walk right in by the bar. Which, by the way is well stocked. And has three giant televisions to watch your favorite show. The hostess will seat you and the dinning hall is quite large. Sit right next to the river indoors of course. Or on one of the other pleasant tables. There are fans over head if it gets too warm. My wife ordered the 8oz Filet Mingnon with veggies and a baked potato. I ordered Surf and Turf. With an 8oz Filet Mingnon, Baked Potato, veggies and a large Lobster Tail.Both meals we could not finish. They were excellently cooked and very filling. Got to take some of the meal home to enjoy later. I used to go to the old Manny' downtown. The new place is great. Service is very good. Everything was and is perfect. Will definitely be back again and again and...

Alright I haven't posted a sit and dine in review in awhile let's get into it . I came here for my birthday dinner. There's not much to eat out here in Vallejo so I pulled out my yelp and found this place next to the water . I figured steak house by the water should be nice !lol . Well we walk in . It was spacious inside . Had a full bar but mostly served wine tap and basic mixed drinks . Indoor fireplace was cute . It just didn't give steak house vibes inside it gave more like local sports pub inside. TVs with games on and low music playing in the background . We were seated right away . Service was nice .Now the food . Again kinda surprised with the menu being so limited for it being a steak house . But even with not that many options we both were very satisfied with our meals . We shared the crab cakes which were soooo good ! We wanted to order another batch just to take home ! Great flavor and the sauce is good . Crab didn't taste fishy at all . Great amount given . Definitely recommend. The clam chowder was decent nothing fancy . We got the ribeye it was cooked to perfection good cut of meat so flavorful and tender & medium rare . I got the scallops with a loaded baked potato . Scallops kinda were over cooked but the saffron sauce it comes with made up for it . The strawberry margaritas were good again nothing fancy just right ! Overall I give them 4 stars for the food but overall 3.5 stars just because it doesn't give steak house vibes at all lol . It's so spacious too they might just need to update the interior design to give it that steak house off the water vibes . they don't even do anything like a cake or icecream for your birthday ! but the food was good . I seen a few things I'd try for the lunch menu . I'd try them again forsure .

So I don't know what these other reviewers are comparing this place to But this place is good. I wouldn't say Flemings bougie but it is some place o would definitely come back too. The T-bone steak cooked to perfection My sea bass was very flavorful The honey Garlic chicken was very tasty as well.Nicole our server was very attentive always asked if we needed anything waited to make sure AFTER our food was given that we didn't need anything It's smells a little funky right in the front but it went away. It was clean and spacious I would recommend this place.

Get the surf and turf!! Tender filet mignon and lobster tail, creamy Mac and cheese and well dressed baked potato. Fried calamari was good and wish there was more. Service was prompt and friendly, ambiance is beautiful with a fire pit and water views from a wall of windows. Prices are decent and there's a parking lot but can get full from the ferry goers. If you haven't tried Manny's and appreciate tasty classic affordable American cuisine, you need to dine here!

Manny's is arguably the best restaurant in Vallejo.Our first dinner at Manny's was in the fall of 2023. It was our anniversary so we wanted a nice night out but we also didn't feel like getting dressed up for a fancy date night. And we ended up having such a nice evening. We both had surf and turf and we both thought everything was delicious. The price was very reasonable and service was excellent. The only negative thing I could possibly saywas that the atmosphere wasn't at the same standard as the food, but that was the old location and no longer the case. We dined at the new location on New Year's Eve and had an even better dinner than the first time. I have to admit the server situation was a little confusing. Everyone was polite and helpful, but we never really figured out which one was our waiter or if everyone checks in on all the tables. But service was still good and the fiod was excellent once again. I had the ribeye, my husband had the t-bone, and our little girl had a cheeseburger. The new location on the water is really nice. There was a bar and an open fire near the entrance. A band was doing up for the evening's festivities while we were there. I don't know if that's a regular thing, but we did enjoy a couple songs before we left. They do need a kid's menu. There are options, but no menu so you won't know unless you all specifically. At least that was our experience. But overall it was a great dinner. We'll definitely be returning.

Thanks to my fellow Yelpers we found Manny's last week while looking for a new (to us) place to try. We were greeted immediately by Manny, himself, when we walked in the door. After being seated it was a bit slow for our waitress to arrive at our table. We admired the great view of the water while we waited. But once she arrived, our server, Nicole, took great care of us. My uncle got the filet with grilled veggies and mashed potatoes. It also came with soup or salad and he got the clam chowder (which was the soup that day. He really enjoyed the filet and the soup! Mom and i shared a cowboy burger with a side salad and mac and cheese. Both were good. When the waitress checked on us, i mentioned that the mac and cheese could use a bit more sauce- she brought me more sauce! The sauce on its own is so yummy!! Just give me a bowl of the cheese sauce and i would be a happy camper haha!! Looking forward to coming back and trying some other items.

Service was meh. Could have been way better. Took way to long to bring the condiments after we got our food. No sense of urgency. While we waited for our food the server/waiter should have brought us the ketchup hot sauce and syrup until wait until we get our food and have to ask for it. Waters and coffee we had to flag the hostess to help us. I will give them another chance. Food wasn't great. Views were lovely. Glad they moved to this new location. Full bar. I'll prob come here for lunch or dinner next time.

Went here with my love out on a whim. Never been before but heard about it. It was decent. Crab cakes were bomb. Portion of chicken and shrimp in pasta was nice. Chicken sandwich wasn't anything special but it was good. Service was good, only thing I didn't like was that they don't have fountain drinks only canned drinks, for this to be a steak house it threw me off a bit. Oh also no bread and butter. Anyways for $73 bucks it wasn't bad but would I come back here often not sure. Maybe for drinks and apps, I do want to try the steak maybe next visit will wow me.

Average dishes and delayed wait time for seating. There was no podium or just to greet us, which seems odd these days knowing that sit down places would have a greeter/host. I ordered their steak pesto pasta with garlic bread. I was not a fan of the diluted pesto flavor. The steak pieces tasted plain and not marinated as most places would have prepared them. They have a nice view of the waterfront though. But I would try other places that serves decent pasta and steak.

The food was served hot and flavorful.. the service could not have been more friendly. The live jazz is a steal, it's as if you are at a really good jazz concert while enjoying an amazing g meal.
