It's a satisfying and nourishing bowl, ideal for a mid-day snack.Having first tried an acai bowl in Brazil, I noticed a distinct difference in flavor. The Brazilian version had a deeper, less sugary taste, reflecting its pure form without additives. In contrast, acai bowls in America, like the one at Main Squeeze, tend to be a bit sweeter, possibly due to additives and preservatives. While both versions are delicious, the American version caters to a sweeter palate.The ambiance of Main Squeeze is unique. With no indoor seating, the cash register is right at the front door, so you enjoy your treat on the quaint bench outside or in your car. It's a laid-back, grab-and-go spot that perfectly suits the casual, health-focused vibe of the area. Overall, Main Squeeze is a decent spot for anyone seeking a nutritious quick snack. Whether you're a health enthusiast or simply in the mood for something fresh and delicious, Main Squeeze is the place to find it.

I am a huge fan of juice bars; especially the hole-in-the-wall ones that are off the beaten path. That is exactly what you will find at "Main Squeeze". Located directly on Lakeshore Ave and adjacent to Mandana Blvd in the Lower Hills neighborhood of Oakland, this place has been offering delicious healthy items dating back to late-2015. Keep in mind that this location is not the easiest one to find while parking isn't that great either. Furthermore, it is the type of business where you walk up to the glass window and place your order.Hours are quite generous as they are opened for business 7 days a week from 9:00am to 7:00pm. There is also a second location in Alameda but my review is specifically on the Oakland location. They carry a selection of enhancers, wellness shots, juices, smoothies, and Açaí bowls. Best of all, the juices, enhancers, and bowls are all organic. This means everything is made naturally and free of any pesticides. For this being such a tiny place, they offer a ton of options to keep your body healthy and feeling its best. I wanted to add that there is no indoor seating area so basically every item you order is made "to-go". However, there were a couple small benches directly in case you wish to enjoy your snack there and not walk with it or take it in the car. After glancing at the entire menu board, I finally settled with a 12 oz. size of their "Orange You Glad" (for $7.00 as of October 2023). This concoction includes fresh pressed carrots, celery, red apples, pears, ginger, turmeric & lemons.It was just a few minutes and my drink was ready. I've been to my share of juice bars and this place was definitely above average. The drink wasn't cold which was a minor deterrent but overall it was delicious. I was able to taste the carrots more than anything but definitely also tasted hints of celery and the turmeric. Overall, "Main Squeeze" is definitely a great place when your life is busy and on the go. The guys that run this place were super nice while the vibe was relaxed and chill. All in all, I am giving them an above average four star rating.

It's all about the little details!I ordered my smoothies and went next-door to pick up my order from Lin Jia (see my previous review) and was delightfully surprised to find they had put my smoothies in the fridge when I came back because it took about five minutes for me to pick up my food. On this blazing hot day, a super cold smoothie is the most delightful thing! Thanks for the excellent service

Wanted an acai bowl and came across this place. Glad I did. It is a small location, the register is at the door. They have many options bowl, smoothies, shots. I ordered the Oasis bowl which was really good. The service was really quick as well. I'll be back to try their smooties.

Great juice bar with really good acai bowls, smoothies, and juices. All the folks who work here are friendly and cool. My go to every Saturday and Sunday post workout.

Love how fresh the ingredients are. Definitely a vegan paradise! Can't wait to try out the rest of the menu.

As other reviewers have said, this business falsely advertises their ingredients as organic. I witnessed first hand a fruit and produce delivery a few minutes ago and nothing on the stack of boxes/bags on the dolly was organic. I've been coming here for years, but will not be again and will ensure I tell my friends that go here as well. Lack of integrity by the owner is clear, and they should apologize to their customers. I was not able to get a picture of the full stack quick enough, but I did manage to get the celery. See photo.

I really like wheat grass and they serve it up nicely there and it doesn't take a long time a lot of juice bars if you order wheat grass it takes forever because of the slow machines but these guys have a pretty fast one. They've got a really great menu with all kinds of stuff. I also get the ginger turmeric shots. It's all really healthy and good and very nice people.
