Madina Halal Foods is at the backside of the commercial strip. good sized store even though front looks small.offerings: fresh halal meats, groceries, produce, condiments, refrigerated goods. not sure if eatery is open.buys: "Nan Khatai" classic biscuit (1.49)-% of nutrional info not very bad. slight amount of palm oil, sugar-slight sugary taste, fattiness.lots of parking, didn't see ready to eat goods.

Most people go Madina for the meat, but they also have a kitchen for take out food.The first time, we got haleem. It tasted exactly like the haleem you would make when using Shan. Now, I don't have a problem with Shan when making haleem at home, but I wouldn't expect to buy food made with Shan from a place of business!The second time, we got kofta. This was hands down the worst kofta I have ever eaten. Maybe even the worst food I have ever eaten. It had a super strong taste of garam masala. Normally I can stand a little bit of garam masala, but this tasted like pure garam masala concentrate. I ate one bite and couldn't eat anymore.Needless to say, we won't be back for their take out food.

I used to shop at Madinal halal shop for meat and chicken.After the ownership changed, i have mixed experience and my view about this place. I have shopped here for 19 years until May 8, 2022.I would like new owner Mr, Shaheer to read this review. when he was there initially, he gave friendly service. showed respect for previous customers who had been coming to this business. lately, whenever i went there was a new person who claims be the new cook and manager.he is rude, unfriendly and does not care for long time customers. I bought lot of meat, chicken and ground beef on May 8,22. when i got home ground beef looked gray and smelled bad. i took it back next day. new cook/ manager was not willing to replace bad product. he was rude and showed no respect for a long time customer. Told me this is America and i could not return bad meat. i told him h was a bad business man and he lost a customer. but he did not care. I will take my business some other place for halal meats.

The CASIER is SOO RUDE, I literally just went and said "hi, could you come to the counter please" and then when he came to the counter he started being rude to me and start saying that it was disrespectful to him even though I just said that "if u could please come to the counter". Overall I would say that the place is great but the shop owner needs to find a better cashier because he is a really rude, impolite, unpleasant and ill-mannered.

The owners are good but the employee at the counter (I guess the supervisor) is very rude and lazy.

I have shop here for 22 years and seen owners change on constantly .This year whoever this new owner is don't show any skill of customer service and is super rude if u complain to him .I order 2 chicken (live ones) n they pack me one full chicken and the other one was just a half chicken with one leg n 7 pieces of meat piece .when I went to confront the owner about this issue he said it can't happen as if we the customer are lairs. First I'm not asking for chicken or any replacement coz I stop shopping there secondly I want everyone who shop there plz check ur meat before taking it home coz this people do unfaithfully service to their customers on constant base .

Absolutely HORRIBLE.I bought almost 4 pounds of chicken wings and paid about 30$ due to my bad work schedule I was only able to come 2 days after I purchased the meat.When I went home from the store I cooked the meat for almost 2 hours and it wasn't cooking,inside smelled terrible and the meat had completely gone bad.When I went into the store the bald headed idiot told me to bring him back the raw meat as proof that the meat was bad.Then he proceeded to make me call a family member who also took a bite off the meat as proof that I wasn't lying.Then told me to leave the store or he would call the cops,I work hard for my money and stood my ground,the Pakistani dude threw 30 $ at me and told me to leave,as I was leaving the bald headed retard cursed me and told me he hopes the money does bad to me.He kept smiling and laughing as I was walking out and told me never to come again.Which I won't,the meat is ALWAYS bad here and so many people have complained I just see now.For better alternatives please go to Faisal market or zam zam market,their meat is also hand slaughtered certified and they actually sell fresh meat...also bal headed dude is a total liar as his hfsaa certification had been expired for months.Hes been selling old and bad meat.Crooks and cons I hope this store closes up

I remember when my uncle sold this, not sure when, but I used to get things for free, like the small stuff like the chips, and candy, not sure if they still there because I havent been there since the pandemic. And some of my family members stopped working there. But I think 1 or 2 does.But like yea. It's good.

The new owner is very welcoming! He is always in a good mood and happy. He goes over and beyond for his customers. He has really cleaned up the store. Someone yelped that the owner is from Afghanistan. That is false. He is Arab. Also, they still have the previous Pakistani working the meat department. I would definitely support them! They also sell yummy gyros! Check them out ASAP! :)
