Lux Limo San Francisco

Incredible. I worked with Jay and he was so easy to chat with. From start to finish, everything was planned out with professionalism and care.

We used Lux limo to take us to the Beyoncé concert. What a great way to go! Jay was amazing and helpful before the event and during. I definitely recommend them!

We had a great experience with Lux Limo! I booked to take my friends and I to Frost Amphitheater for my boyfriend's birthday as a surprise! Quintin was our driver and he was super friendly and accommodating. After the show the parking and exit process at Stanford was a mess, but Quintin was still able to find us by tracking my location. The inside of the sprinter van was really nice and spacious and came with water ice and cups. The sound system worked great. The day of went as smooth as possible and Jay and Quintin accommodated all of my requests. I recommend giving this business a try instead of the top few options that typically show up on Yelp. I checked those options as well and they were overpriced with a lot of extra fees (even if they specifically advertise "no extra fees"). I think you will definitely get a better value with lux limo!

Jay took my daughter and 10 of her friends out for her 16th birthday. The girls had a blast! Jay was super responsive, and the event went off exactly as planned.

I have worked with Quentin several times and it is always a fantastic experience. He is reliable, friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure that the whole experience runs smoothly. For example, when my group was unsure if we could get a last-minute bus tailgate pass for the 49er's game, Quentin did research, called ahead and coordinated with event staff to ensure we'd be all set to tailgate. I'm excited to work with Quentin again in the future.

Exceptionally professional, clean, and organized -- we hired them for a wine country outting and our driver was flexible to our needs and also quite jovial. What a great day!

I booked Lux Limo for my daughter's 18th birthday and so happy I did. Jay was so helpful from the beginning, answering all of my questions quickly. There was constant communication confirming the reservation, starting 24hrs before. The day of, the driver, Quentin, called to confirm he was there and be sure he wasn't spoiling a surprise. He was ready to help my daughter and her friends have a good time. He made sure they knew how to operate things and appoint a DJ. He knew music was key. They had a great time and I was at ease knowing they were in good hands.

Had the best experience with Lux Limo!! Made stops throughout the day for wine tastings and lunch/dinner and Jay was incredibly helpful, responsive and even took a bunch of photos for us! The entire group (12 people) continue to rave about the party bus. Could not have asked for a better service and would 100% use them again!!

Unprofessional business. Terrible, unethical practices. Don't do it. These people held my lost phone hostage because there was a payment issue. It's not like our party wasn't paying.. just a card issue. They literally would not give me my phone back until they were satisfied. Theft!! Unprofessional af. I was a guest on this party bus my friends planned for a birthday. Imagine the stress you'd give your guests if this happened to you. Again, extremely unprofessional and dirty. Don't book unless you're willing to work with a shady company.
