Lox Stock & Bagel

Wow I use to come here way back in high school. I can not believe it is still here. They prices may have gone up but the lox bagel is still on of my favorite in the whole Bay Area.

I come here every Thursday after my pilates class at the Y next door. Yes, I am a creature of habit :-) And I love their soup of the day, which is chicken and rice on Thursdays. Sometimes I also get a sandwich though. Always yummy. I tend to sit inside and not take my food to go, since I like it hot and fresh. The interior is more of a fast food setting, but really clean and most of the time empty, since people mostly take their food to go. Staff is always friendly and accommodating

Amazing! Best bagel lox and cream cheese ever! I went at lunch time and the line was long with students. But no matter it was worth the wait. The staff was efficient and the bagel lady was super sweet.

Affordable, quick and yummy breakfast. We got a vegetarian, breakfast burrito and Nutella waffle for the kid. Clean and looks like family owned

Solid bagel option in the neighborhood. Veggie bagel had plenty of vegetables and ate nicely, although I think it could have benefited from a bit more cream cheese. Service is attentive and friendly. I also like their clean calm vibes they are pushing in there.

Soft, fluffy bagel, and lovely garlicky everything seasoning! Fair prices and seems to be mom and pop-run.

Showed up at the wrong time (high schoolers out for lunch with a line out the door) but the staff worked efficiently and with haste. Even with how busy it was, the food quality was still great. Awesome staff

I really enjoy the bagels here. I've been here a handful of times now in the mornings and it's been really nice - people trickle in and out and I'm usually able to get my bagel within 5 minutes. The bagels are toasted well and the everything bagels are delicious. The Californian is very good - with sprouts, cream cheese and avocado. There's only a little bit of avocado, however, so don't expect more of a quarter of an avocado in the bagel.The budget bagel is also pretty good but there's only a little bit of lox in it (just cut up pieces) mixed in with the cream cheese. I thought there was too much cream cheese for my liking there but it was still pretty good. I really like the bagels here though and would recommend it. At $5-$6 for a specialty bagel, it's worth the price!

Consistent, friendly, family owned business. Love the bagels and the sandwiches. Close to the high school so many of us frequent it often. Had one smoothy. Good as well.

Staff can be rude. Things a lowkey overpriced. Cream cheese gets sour. When I do go back it's only for small things that can't be messed up.
