This place is awesome Taco tuesday, great deal on 3 tacos meal and discount on ANY tacos on the menuSuper friendly staff They have their own parking lot and lots of street parking, not too far from San Leandro Davis St downtown

Just like my Nañas cooking!We came here since we were at the Nursery a block away.As soon as you walk in, the entire restaurant is spotless.I didn't see a Chili Verde plate on the menu but asked and there is. I also got the quesabirria. I wish I didn't have to order to go since food is always better right away.The Chili verde was so good with a thick green sauce and the piece of pork (chicken is an option too) was a nice big piece of meat. It tasted so good with a nice spicy kick. The quesabirria had a nice texture still. Even 20 minutes later. Unfortunately it wasn't spicy but tasted really good. We completely ate the entirety of both plates that come with rice and beans and chip with each plate. I found my new spot for Mexican food.

I got takeout from Los Cantaros and it was just okay.The california surf and turf burrito was very dry and lacking of flavor. However, the shrimp was cooked perfectly though.The steak and eggs burrito was tasty but quite spicy. It would've been nice to have a mild option. Spicy lovers should definitely order it! I enjoyed how the runny egg made it saucy.It's cool that they sell fries, but they weren't that great (but l attribute that to us doing takeout).They also have churros con cajeta (filled with caramel). It was a little dense, but the caramel was the saving grace.Perhaps Los Contaros would be a better experience when dining in, so I may need to give it another shot some other time.

Still good still making fresh food they've added some specials to their menu. Service is good overall, this place has excellent food. It's always fresh, everything is homemade nothing out of a can. The fresh fruit drinks are amazing, particularly strawberry lemonade, and the honeydew pineapple, as well, the Horchata. The food is so flavorful and well seasoned , perfect amount of spice, salt, and seasoning. They also have amazing desserts churros 5/5Flan 5/5Rice pudding 5/5

don't waste your money go somewhere else. The chips in my nachos were stale, burnt, and barely any meat. their California surf and turf burrito wasn't good at all. they have no salsa bar and you have to pay for extra chips. rude service.

I got four steak, "Mexican City" tacos. Good price at $2.50 each. Friendly service and fresh ingredients.They have a parking lot which makes parking easy.

We've came to this place a couple times now. I don't think they are that good.. they have a large option of items. From steak and shrimp burritos to salmon burritos, mole, fajitas, salads. If you ask me. They have too many options so all that says to me is the food is just being made and not really cooked with that love so flavor just isn't there. Lady at the front is nice and rereads the order. Second time we came she even walked out to door to call us from our car to let us know food was ready! Which was nice but she didn't bring our food all the way to car which I think woulda just made sense but maybe it was in case we wanted salsa or something? Or another customer could've been inside and she didn't wanna leave register unattended. So I completely understand! Nice of her to even come to door to call us.This place just wasn't to my liking. I wouldn't recommend or ce back.

Not sure why I've given them so many chances. The location is good ; next to a kids playground otherwise nothing special. $7 for horchata or a lemonade is insane. World's tiniest salsa served in the tiniest plastic thimble that's nearly impossible to get a chip in. Chips served in a tiny sandwich bag.

Los Cantaros is a San Leandro favorite! Their food is consistently delicious, affordable and prompt. We've used them for catering events and a quick burrito fix and they never disappoint. The breakfast burritos and Cali Surf & Turf are a must try with the *hot* orange sauce - delicioso!

The food here is consistently outstanding, our Server Danny was friendly and very helpful. As was our last experience with our server Adriana. The whole crew is a positive light and added to the dining experience. Highly recommend!Thanks!Anthony C
