Lloyd's Donut Kitchen

Lloyd's was clean, fast, and efficient. I was in and out of here today in less than five minutes. I walked in to grab a dozen cream puffs that rivals bearded papa's and never have I been disappointed by the quality of the food or the service.My fondest memory of Lloyd's was over the pandemic when I came 10 minutes before closing and they ran out of creampuffs. Despite running out the woman who rang me up said she could fill some for me and that meant a lot because my mom was craving them. I have been a repeat customer since. Please be kind and support this local gem mom and pop shop.

I love places open early and with savory options, I've probably been to every donut place within 15 minutes and can't believe I haven't dropped a review for Lloyds yet. Lloyds is a nice local gathering spot and it's normal to see people chatting at the tables over coffee and donuts or picking up a dozen to go, this area of the plaza has plenty of parking and early in the morning all of the cars are here for Lloyds.Breakfast Sandwiches: quick to make and filling, they come cut in half and its two meals for us so quite a good deal. So many local options for these kind of sandwiches but Lloyds is good if you live close by.Donut Holes, Jelly Filled Donut, Cruller: Kids loved these, good solid donuts. We normally get a dilpzen donut Holes and then change up the donuts we get.I saw they had cronuts now that I'll try next time, these one aren't super tall like some of the other local options and look easier to eat. I'm not sure how to find the postings but sometimes there are classic car meetups outside and I would love to take the kids.

I visited Lloyd's Donuts an hour before closing on Sunday 9/1/24 and, unfortunately, many of my preferred choices were sold out. While I understand that happens, what really bothered me was the way I was treated. As I was trying to select alternative options, the staff member kept looking at the clock. When I apologized for taking a bit longer, explaining that some of the donuts were for others, she bluntly said, "We're closing in an hour, and I need to clean up. Can you please make a faster selection?" I was shocked by her rudeness.At one point, while I was considering the maple twist as a substitute, she walked away to clean trays and sweep the floor, leaving me standing there. When I called her back, she said she thought I was done ordering and then suggested I come earlier next time if I wanted more choices. After telling her I had just gotten off work, she again looked at the clock. I offered to go elsewhere since it was evident she was in a hurry, and she responded, "Fine, you can go," and walked away.I came to Lloyd's based on others telling me they had excellent donuts, but after this experience, I will never return. It's unfortunate, as I was looking forward to trying their donuts, but the rude treatment I received from this staff member, Mary was her name, has completely turned me off. I'll be sharing this experience with others. Based on the positive reviews in the past, I'm kind of surprised. Maybe the staff has changed, but it's unfortunate.

Love their options! Friendly staff, friendly customers. Easy in and out! I bought the dozen mix but it was the fancy mix. I can't remember the wording- fancy/gourmet/variety... it included bars, fritter, donuts. Very much worth a stop. I've not yet tried their sandwiches but they do look rather scrumptious.

Best cream puffs in the area! Always walk away with 2-3 dozen cream puffs to take to gatherings.

Delicious morning pick me up. I had a glazed and a vanilla with sprinkles. Light and fluffy, not too sweet. Meant for grab and go, not necessarily meant for dine in or a place to hang out for an extended period of time.

Lloyd's Donut Kitchen is the rare biz that's still open in the back row of this commercial space. Noticed a nearly full display of donuts noonish. Didn't see menu. Knew what i wanted. Booth seating inside.Was serviced quickly when 2d person came from the kitchen. Ordered. Got donut pronto. Coffee self service.Offerings: donuts, sandwiches, bagels?, coffee...Eat/drink: donut & coffee=4.15-french cruller not too sweet on outside glazeInnards not melt in mouth, tasted fresh. Slightly chewy. Hadn't had in a decade or so.Coffee self serve. Choose Columbian. 16 oz. -slightly harsh, not so bold. Coffee pitcher had "1st edition" or similar printing on it.Lots of parking in lot.

Couldn't pick up the right sized ham at Honey Bake on Monday morning, so I went Lloyd's. Lloyd's is definitely one of the best donut shops in Fremont. A great foil to Bun Appetit, they serve traditional donut styles and sandwiches. Grabbed a breakfast sandwich and donuts for the fam. I've really gotten into crumb donuts and theirs was very good. Bright, spacious, and clean, Lloyd's is always a good visit. Definitely will need to come back to try the cream puffs! Thanks Team Lloyd's!

If Lloyds continues to sell products like I received this morning, they probably won't be here too much longer. I came in early at 6:30 to buy a fritter and a Maple bar. My fritter was hard and dry and obviously not fresh. My wife said her maple bar also was not fresh. If you can't get fresh donuts at 6:30 in the morning, how early should I come in?. I've been eating at Lloyd's well over 30 years and I don't know what's happened, but this business is not being run the way it used to be

They are Serving quickly ; good customer service even by phone order. There's no line and they open early (5am)
