My favorite boba place 10/10 costumers service is always great! Fastest service!!!Lots of flavors !

Been coming here for years and always greeted and taken care of with great customer service. Be patient as sometimes it gets busy but she does as best as she can !

It's been years since I last paid this place a visit. Nothing has changed except for the way you place orders. My friend and I each ordered a drink: gen mai milk tea with boba and champagne grape tea with boba.My friend didn't like her drink, which was the gen mai milk tea. The champagne grape tea was not bad, but it was too sweet and had chunks of what tasted like grape jam. The quality of the drinks were disappointing and both drinks came out to be $10. I personally felt that the quality of the drinks did not justify the cost. I probably won't be coming here again, unless it is for the frozen yogurt, which I enjoyed from the last time I was here. Maybe it was the drinks we ordered that wasn't as good. They have a large menu of drinks so definitely give this place a try. They also have everything from ice cream to Asian snacks to froyo!

The drinks are good but this has happened multiple times now. They leave such a huge gap unfilled.

I went here every week with my mom but i will no longer be returning.I always get avocado smoothie for my mom and today we got it, it was rotten avocado. Honestly took forever to get a replacement, the employee handling my drink told me that they usually don't do exchanges even though I barely drank it. The color was even off. She repeatedly said that all there avocados are fresh yet mine was clearly rotten. This is not the first time I got a drink with something totally expired in it. When i would try their aloe vera, it would be extremely sour because it was EXPIRED. She finally gave me a new drink but it took so much arguing and explaining to do. She literally said that she can not tel if its rotten just but cutting it. Like what?!?! if you cant guarantee that why work/have a store. So baffling.

Yogurt tasted spoiled. I've lived near this business for 13 years, and recently the quality has been very poor. None of the staff has ever been friendly or welcoming except for the Latina cashier.

"Yogurt" taste exactly like artificial flavor and too sweet, too much sugar. Way too expensive for the super lousy quality of the yogurts. It has changed since the pandemic. Used to be really good. Seems like it changed ownership. The yogurt machines access are blocked to the customers with tables & chairs so you don't serve yourself anymore. Hardly any lighting so it's kind of dark inside, the place looks messy and hardly cared for. The owner doesn't even says "hi", the cashier/helper is nice, though. Was there on Friday, September 20, 2024 in the afternoon.Will never go back.

Spat out all the boba. Not surprised this place has such low reviews. They really just don't care. Might be a money laundering front ‍. This place used to be decent now it's not even that. The texture of the boba was terrible. No one in line and I'm just standing waiting for my order to be taken.The staff is just standing in the back gossiping about whatever. I can clearly see them. Got babies in the back just sitting on equipment. Smh. Last time I go there

Amazing coconut smoothie. & the service is always amazing, I also recommend the puns colada smoothie.

I've been to Limon several times over the years - service is always lackluster. My last time here guaranteed I won't be back. I place an order for a slushie. After some time, Im told the order is ready. It's a completely different flavor. I politely mentioned that this order is incorrect. The staff member decides to argue, saying "no you didn't order that. This is your order!" loudly. No option to remake or anything. Mistakes happen, but don't double down and claim the customer is lying.. thankfully there are a lot more bubble tea options that offer better service and better prices too.
