Lil Manana

These fabulous folks are open late for those peeps that are hankering good grub later in the eve. I discovered these folks on DoorDash, this restaurant is in the San Mateo area when I ordered. On Yelp they're in the Oakland area. I think they've got a pop up over here or just opening a second location; very happy they did! I absolutely loved the Carnitas Breakfast Quesadilla! Grilled to perfection and the carnitas are really juicy with scrambled eggs and cheese. This was so good! I will definitely order this again. Their chips are homemade and really good, they're light and crisp, paired with the guacamole, so good. The guacamole is very fresh, pure avocados. They have an interesting menu through DoorDash app, breakfast quesadillas, breakfast tacos and breakfast burritos. Everything made me really happy about their menu! I love breakfast any time of day especially when quesadillas, tacos and burritos are involved.I will definitely order again soon. Mmmmmm, give them a try you'll be hooked!

Lil Manana is a cloud kitchen* at the Oakland Food Hall (aka Jingletown Eats) in East Oakland. Lil Manana specializes in Mexican breakfast items, such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas, egg dishes, and assorted sides. I decided to try their food, and ordered (thru DoorDash) Chorizo Breakfast Tacos and Carne Asada Breakfast Tacos. DD was offering a promo to try this new cloud kitchen.....order $20+ and get up to 35% off. DD Driver arrived on time, no spills. How was the food? Pretty tasty food, both orders get a grade (4/5).These are small tacos made with 2 soft tortillas for each taco. The Chorizo Taco is made with chorizo, eggs, cheese, and pico de gallo. 3 tacos per order, $12.00, I liked these tacos.The Carne Asada Taco is made with carne asada, eggs, cheese, and pico de gallo. 3 tacos per order, $12.00. Plenty of meat.Both orders come with free spicy salsa. But if you want sour cream, guac, lettuce, jalapenos, and/or hot sauce, you have to pay extra for that. All those extra items will add a total of $4.00 to each order. (Maybe cheaper to keep some handy in your refrigerator). The tacos are easy to eat, but probably not while you're driving.
