This is my go to Thai place in Livermore. The ambiance is relaxing & laid back. It gives a homey vibe. The service is always amazing here. They're attentive & fast. The food is very tasty we ordered Tom Yum. Chicken Satay and curry and roti. It's so good!!!! Everything is always fresh, full of flavors and not too spicy. If you are in this area you got to try this place out. It will not disappoint

Came here with my boyfriend on NYE just to find some place that was still open for the night in downtown Livermore and the sole waitress was very accommodating, allowing us to dine in 15 minutes before they were about to close. What we got:shrimp pad thai (2/5) -- way too sweet, I couldn't taste any of the other flavors that typically go on in pad thaigreen curry (3/5) -- subtle heat, decent flavor, but some of the vegetables were overcooked and there wasn't much meat..also why so expensive just for a side of rice? I was expecting rice to come with the dish itself because you can't eat curry without rice Before tip, the total was ~$52, which to me, is not very worth it for an average tasting meal. Service was good, but I would try out other places when I'm in the area next time.

Lemongrass is definitely our favorite Thai restaurant in Livermore, or any place outside Danville. Given the number of options, that's saying something.I like the quiet atmosphere that lets you look out the big front window to First Street. I had to ask them to turn down the bass-heavy music, however. The Wife ordered her standard pad see ew, with Thai tea, and was very pleased. She noted that there was plenty of egg in the dish, which she likes. I ordered an emerald curry that used the green curry sauce, from the specials menu. It contained prawns, scallops, chunks of salmon, with pumpkin and tomato. It was excellent, paired with a Concannon Pinot Grigio (nice pour!).This will be the place we go to the most in town.

This is our go to Thai food place. Everything on the menu is great. They just know how to make it right and it just hits the spot. Love it!

The go-to place for good Thai food in Livermore. Tried their Thai Iced Tea for the first time and it was flavorful without being oversweet. Had their mango sticky rice and the rice was interestingly blue -- don't know if they used butterfly pea flowers for the color.

My husband, mother-in-law, and I came here on Memorial Day as the place we were planning to go was closed. I love Thai food and have a few favs in town, but we were downtown so we decided to give this a go. I had been before in the past and it was alright, but I figured I'd give it another try. We ordered the green curry with roti as an appetizer. The green curry sauce was good, but the roti was incredibly greasy which I didn't really love. For a meal, I ordered yellow curry chicken with brown rice. Mine was good, but a little too sweet for me. I felt it could use a little more spice and less sugar. My husband ordered the masaman curry, and he didn't really like it. We had masaman curry all over Thailand and absolutely loved it, but their version was absolutely nothing like any of the variations we'd ever tried before. I tried a bite and actually felt like it had a very rancid, bad taste. I would not have been able to eat even a full bite of it, and my husband left most of it on the plate when we left. My mother-in-law ordered the tofu pad Thai, and she enjoyed that. Looked really good. All this to say we probably won't be back with other exceptional options in town.

Enjoyed the service and the ambiance of sitting outside. The servers are very helpful and kind. The food is ok. I wish the pad thai was more saucy. They do not have chili flakes but only fish sauce with thai chili which helped give the pad thai a good kick. The roti is ok, a bit doughy for my liking, I wish it was fluffier but the curry sauce was amazing.

Stumbled on this place after strolling through the farmers market. This place is okay. The food was edible but not much flavor. We ordered roti with green curry sauce , tom kha , and Thai basil chicken . The roti was probably the best dish we ordered. The tom kha was okay. The gra prow was meh. The service was good.

So here's the thing, I haven't really tried curry before. So I'm not sure the difference between Thai vs Indian curry. However, the red chicken curry here was delectable. Yet another food my boyfriend has yet to try in his life and now loves lol. We ordered the cashew chicken also and we both thought it was super good! There was a DJ going ham on the mic at a nearby bar so unfortunately it was a bit noisy but we chose to sit outside. Their seats inside are very comfortable and is such a nice place for a date night. The staff is super friendly and nice as we were asking many questions on what to order. Thank you!
