It depends on what time you go. If you go after 5:30 when no longer fresh don't bother. The food sitting under food lamp on the glass. Definitely go while fresh up to that time. It's always a line busy in there. Decent price and good food.

I really enjoy coming here. They give you a good amount of food for the price. Although I have to admit that the quality of the egg rolls aren't all that great. They can be extremely oily at times. But other than that I think this place is fantastic

This place went downhill a lot. It used to be good and now, I would rather go to Panda Express. The quality of the food went downhill and it's extremely oily, greasy and mediocre at best. Service was quick but the person behind the counter was extremely rude.

Have gone to this dump twice in the past month and each time, the older woman behind the counter, has been extremely rude!!!!For whatever reason, my senior aged mother likes going here.After the way she was treated today, I'll make sure we never step foot in this place again!My mother was having trouble typing in her pin number on the hand held credit/debit card reader.Instead of assisting my mother, the woman behind the counter, yelled at her saying that there was no money in her account.Not only was this uncalled for but it was rude and embarrassing!I stepped in and told the woman not to yell at my mother and that there was money in the account.My mother gave me her pin and I entered the numbers for her....and yes, it was approved!!!!So so food and horrible rude service!!!!!

Hear me out. If you're interested in fine dining, this may not be your place. The prices are very reasonable. The food is also good. I don't really venture out and try other items. I stick to my go-to. Ginger or sesame chicken and string beans. The service may not always be 5 stars. The family that runs it doesn't speak English very well, and they will accidentally skip you if you aren't paying attention. However, I think this place is worth trying if you want some quick Chinese food without having to break your pockets. This place is takeout only

This spot I wanted to root for. Nice enough service, large portion sizes, line moved fast and everything smells good. However, smells can be deceiving.If you're starving, this food will do. I was not starving. I got the 3 appetizers chow mein, sesame chicken and beef with broccoli. Again, huge portion sizes so I was looking forward to it!It tastes off. Like knock off Panda Express is the nicest way I can put it. The meat was chewy in the wrong way with lots more sinew than meat. Broccoli is over boiled (didn't know you could do that) and the chow mein noodles were too plastic-y and chewy. Unfortunately I couldn't finish this meal. Won't be back if the most basic of things doesn't improve aka THE FOOD.

I'm going to take a hard pass on Lee's Garden. We went there tonight to get a quick bite and left kind of irritated. We waited patiently for the person in front of us to complete her order and next thing you know someone who just walked in is being helped. I immediately spoke up and said we were next only about 3 times progressively getting louder. I finally said "Hello! We were next!" The guy/customer finally says "Oh they were next!' I was wondering does everyone in here have cotton in their ears or what?! The server never said a word, greeting or apology. I really can't and shouldn't have spent my money there. It was under $15 for two items but the food is mediocre at best. I know I give great service at my job and I expect it at places where I spend my hard earned cash. We will be going elsewhere next time.

Amazing food and friendly staff! Great for takeout. I usually order 2 item plate with Chicken Chow Mein, Ginger Chicken and Beef Chow fun. Can't recommend them enough!

Good old Lees Garden. Yes the food is mediocre at best but this place was what kept 90% of Richmond's 2010 youth fed. Going to CCC to take some whack as general ed that I never finished was never completed without a 5$ stack of lees. 5$ would feed you and a friend. 10/10 would recommend if it was 2010 and I was 17 again with only 5$ to my name.

Found a warm on my food this was disgusting and they were not trying to give me my money back, never go in here again.
