Love this place. They are so nice and the pastries are sooo good. Come give this place a try if you've never been. You'll have a great experience.

Hoy día martes fui a comprar a esta tienda aproximadamente a las 1:30pmNo soy de aquí de Richmond solo busqué en Yelp y me decidí por esta tienda. Compré chicharrón el señor que me atendió súper amable preguntó cómo está el día y súper atento Muchas gracias. Pero la señora hija de .... Q está atendiendo la registradora necesita aprender cómo atender a los clientes Déspota con la cara de amargada sin atención no sentido de servicio al cliente. Una manera de hablarte que jamás volvería Y lo siento por los dueños que tanta gente se les va por este tipo de persona bueno si se puede decir persona Al momento de pagar nada ni hola !Encontró todo lo que buscaba nada solo empezó con con que va a pagar tarjeta le mencioné De Crédito ? Me dice pues si es de crédito necesito su identificación no lo tome a mal asta ese momento por se que tal ves tienen asunto que le roben oh cancelen sus compras así .Me tiene que firmar igual como su identificación Pero con una manera fea que se nota en su cara Esto que es mi primera vez en este lugar no me conoce ni le eh echo algo para hablarme así.Bueno ya me cobró me dio el recibo para firmar y pues firme como siempre lo hago y firmo Y me dice así no otra ves yo le digo pues ya firme Y ella me responde eso párese garabato firme más despacio que vieja más loca Pues que ella determina como firmo y la forma que firmo oh que le pasa vieja atrevida No lo quise hacer un alboroto por que casi se lo hago por sapa, metida, arrogante y una p... actitud que se carga que si fuera manejador or dueño la remplazaría para tener mejor ventas y clientes contentos que regresen una y otra vez

Wow! Where else can you find a meat market with Picanha Brazilian cut , and just about every worthy Latin American and Mexican products under one roof? Excellent assortment of delicious products to make your feijoada (bean stew), coxinha (Brazilian appetizers), pao de queijo (cheese bread). Darn, I just gained ten lbs. thinking about churrascaria!

Customer Service is terrible!!! Avoid coming here. Just go to El Rincon. The "cashiers" are so rude & disrespectful! I went in to buy limes. Limes were 5 for $1. I grab 50 limes in total! 25 limes in each bag. When it came to purchase I stated I had 50 but she choose to count & said there was 60. I wasn't going to argue due to a long line it's super hot didn't want to hold up the line. I'm park right in-front of store. I recounted the limes & yes I only had 50. I go back in & I ask to give me 10 limes since u charge me for 60. She started raising her voice that no there was 60 u probably kept 10 in your car. Basically stating I stole $2 of limes. That my receipt does NOT prove nothing she would have to check the cameras etc, she was really rude & disrespectful I ask to speak to the manager or supervisor but according to her there's none. I'm not even bother that she charge me $2 extra it's just $2 all I wanted was 10 limes in return. But she insisted that I stole 10 limes. Very rude & disrespectful.

La Loma No. 1 is literally stocked with goodies from the floor to the ceiling. all the shelves are filled! lanes are narrow. all items pricedofferings: fresh meat market, a few mexican bakes, sodas, mex. groceries, ready to eat mixes, condiments, spices, produce, medicines, no booze nor taqueria. eats: "duritos de harina" (fried lime/chili chip snacks, 1.69)-fresh limey, hot fried wheat flour wheelies-made in san jose, ca.take outs:-quick courteous service by single cashier-no parking lot, street parking.

I love this market!! I come in here to buy steaks from the Butcher named Noah, he is always very kind and eager to help me select great cuts of meat. The cashiers are always super nice and open to answer all questions and help in any way.I love the cultural experience and the wonderful customer service that myself and my family receive here.Noah cuts beautiful steaks!! Do yourselves a favor and frequent this, breath of fresh air, of a local market!!

I've been a customer to La Loma for about 10 years, but my recent visit was really bad. It was my first time experiencing BRENDA's customer service, and let me just say that it was terrible. She started yelling and speaking rudely-- completely uncalled for. I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior here before. Unless things change, I will not be returning to this store. He sido cliente de La Loma por unos 10 años, pero mi reciente visita fue muy mala. Era la primera vez que experimentaba el servicio de BRENDA, y déjame decir que fue terrible. Empezó a gritar y a hablar groseramente, completamente fuera de lugar. Nunca antes había encontrado un comportamiento tan poco profesional aquí. A menos que las cosas cambien, no volveré a esta tienda.

El personal es muy amable, la comida está muy rica, me encanta que venden muchos productos latinos!!

The store in general has a bad vibe, and the customer service is appalling. The cashiers are rude, disrespectful, and clearly unhappy to be working there. I was told to go shop somewhere else by one of the incompetent cashiers. I'm more than happy to spend my money elsewhere.
