Ordered $130 of takeout. The potstickers were not cooked throughly as the inside was still doughy. The poor quality of styrofoam containers was evident as both top and bottom of the containers melted into the food.I called and the owner told me that everyone in the area uses the same styrofoam containers. She didn't apologize for the food getting contaminated with the melted plastic. The chow fun noodles were overcooked. The Mandarin spare ribs tasted of freezer burn.Ambiance was dark and no lights were on inside.

Was not that great. Sweet and sour had a strange seasoning taste that threw me off. I will have to think several times before returning. It has become so hard to find authentic style of Chinese food. Generations lost their grandparents touch.

I'd give it 4 stars for the affordability and overall quality and taste of the food. We came in on a Saturday around 2PM and were unsure if they were offering dine in. The lady behind the counter said yes and handed us two takeout menus. We sat and looked over the menus and when ready had to go up to the booth to order, where I was also rung up at the time of ordering. We ordered two lunch specials: mongolian beef with chow mein, general chicken with fried rice, and an order of potstickers. The potstickers came out quickly but were pretty bland inside and the wrappers were really thick (we didn't even finish one whole one). The lunch specials we ordered came out soon after in to- boxes. I found it odd that the mongolian beef was sauteed with zucchini and carrots as I'm used to it being an onion forward dish. It still tasted good, just different than I expected. The rest of the food was great and nothing to complain about! Id definitely return If I find myself in Vallejo again.

Low quality Chinese food. Ordered the Roast duck and teriyaki chicken. Both tasted old. Chicken was smothered in a sweet thick bottled Glaze. Dont waste your money at this Dump.

Cantonese food is difficult to find in Vallejo because many restaurants offer Mandarin dishes. Some people don't notice the difference, but I do since I'm first generation Chinese.Combo Express has changed ownership recently; we don't care for the frozen Costco-like pot stickers. They used to be hand made but no longer. China Wok isn't too bad, but it's still a trek from Glen Cove. Then, my husband decided to give Kwongnan a try. The staff told him that they're Cantonese, plus make the pot stickers by hand. We went with one order of pot stickers and the combination dinner for two. With a variety, we'd be able to tell if we liked the food or not.Well, they passed the litmus test. Everything was hot and savory. The only downside was the portions are much smaller than some places. It's a little hole-in-the-wall, yet we enjoy supporting small, local businesses. We'll return the next time we have a craving for Chinese food.

I ordered to go (house rice, bbq egg foo yung, and sweet and sour pork). Food was good and still piping hot hot when I got home. This was the recommendation of my son. Definitely will be returning.

The best Chinese food I've tried out here in Vallejo so far.Im from San Francisco and I've tried many places out here and none come close to flavor and quality of San Francisco, but this place here, THIS IS IT!!!! BBQ Pork fried rice was to die for, Chicken Chow Mein was delicious, noodles cooked perfectly. The homemade pot stickers were fried crispy and the best I've ever had. The bbq pork egg foo yung was a classic, authentic to the flavor down to the gravy, reminded me of being little again .I heard about this place while commuting on the ferry, I over heard a passenger raving about the egg foo yung, authenticity and flavor of this restaurant. Thats when I knew i had to try this place, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Spent almost 30 dollars on 3 food items. The pot stickers are beyond disgusting. I'm not sure what that was. Not sure if I'll go there again the B&B was ok tho.
