Kha mun gai tod is AMAZING first time I've had the dish was here and I always get one order to share with my family when I do come here. It's kind of like haianese chicken except fried and it comes with a really good tangy, sweet, spicy sauce. I've come here many times over the years and have never been disappointed. Love the food

Banh Mi hits the spot here. It is Lao style so it is a little different from the traditional Vietnamese. It is definitely one of the better Banh Mi in the area. As for the other food, we've had the Kao Poon, Khao Mun Gai, Papaya Salad and Fried Ribs which were all very good. The ladies that run the truck are always friendly and prepare the food quick. My son has one issue with the them, it is that Kao Poon is only available on certain days. He seems to always get a craving on the wrong days. lol.

I got the Pad Thai with shrimp, Matcha Green Tea, and papaya salad (mild). The food tasted great and I love their Pad Thai. I took off a star because the Pad Thai only had 3 shrimps inside so it's kind of silly to pay extra for only that amount. The matcha green tea is pretty big. It was more on the sweeter side and I'm not sure if sweetness level could be adjusted, but I would definitely ask next time. Papaya Salad is delicious. But beware that even mild spice can be a little too spicy for some so I recommend adding a little bit of the sauce at a time when mixing. There's a tent, two tables, and some chairs on the side of the food truck. Not a bad place to just relax and enjoy your food.

Solid five stars! This place is honestly such a hidden gem. They're located in the parking lot of a casino so it's super low key. The owners are the kindest people ever, I've been here a few times and they're always so genuine. The food was absolutely amazing, I've tried their papaya salad, lao sausage, fried chicken, nam khao, and thai tea. Their Thai tea is a must order, it has the perfect balance of sweet/creamy. Their nam khao has a super generous amount of fermented sausage in it and I love how you can really taste the coconut flavor in the deep fried rice bits. The leafy greens they serve with this dish are also super fresh. Their Lao sausage is on the more herbally side and the portion they provide is huge! It's served with fresh sticky rice and this delicious spicy green sauce. There's a comfortable enclosed tent area right next to the food truck for you to enjoy your food fresh. I appreciate how it's fully shaded and enclosed so you don't feel the heat and it's super clean. This is my go to Lao/Thai spot in Solano county, we'll definitely be back!

Huge bigger than average banh mi sandwich with lots of veggies on top. The bread was soft and it had a large portion of bbq beef stuffed inside. The beef had nice bbq grill marks. Will order it again with lite mayo.

Kob's Kitchen is such a hidden gem in American Canyon! It's a modest food truck tucked away in the parking lot of a casino.I usually get their Khao Poon, and it is soo yummy! It's creamy, spicy, and rich. If you order on a Monday or Tuesday, I highly recommend getting it!Today, I decided to try their Khao Mun Gai Tod and Nam Khao. Both delicious and also recommend both!One of the best things about Kob's is their generous portion sizes. Most dishes I get last 2 meals for me, which is great since their food is so good. They are always kind as well! For one of my past orders, they said they started plating it when they saw me coming so the food was hot and fresh. I appreciate their care and consideration to their costumers.If you're in the mood for some yummy Lao and Thai food, please give Kob's Kitchen a try!

Reasonably priced, I only got 2 things and they were good. The ambiance is straightforward... a food truck, that sits behind a casino.However, I was pleasantly surprised!Food: I ordered the chicken bahn mi and the shrimp spring rolls. I loved that the chicken is chopped so it makes biting into the sandwich easy. Also the meat was seasoned very well. The spring rolls were fresh and delicious. Prices are very reasonable. My friend really likes the pad Thai, so I will try that the next time I am in the area. The staff were very pleasant and thoughtful. My friend ordered food to go however they made it to order when we were finished with our meal so it could be fresh and hot for the recipient. Parking can be an issue as this truck sits on the same lot for the American Canyon casino. There is some covered picnic style seating for those that prefer to sit and stay. Overall a great discovery and fresh new place to visit when I am craving a Bahn Mi!

I wish I knew about this place sooner! Kob's is tucked away behind the Napa Valley Casino, so you wouldn't even know it's there if you drove by. It's a great place to get a quick and reasonably priced Thai food fix. I've tried their spring rolls, beef banh mi, and thai tea. The spring rolls were fresh and tasty! I prefer the dipping sauce to have more of a peanut buttery flavor, but it's still really good. The banh mis are a good size and they are generous with the portion of meat on it. The beef was so flavorful & tender, and they loaded it up with veggies when I asked for extra! Their thai tea is also a must-order; it's the perfect amount of sweetness for me. I sometimes go here and only order the thai tea. The employees are also super nice and they get your order out in a very timely manner. I will be back to try more of their items!

Food is served fresh and hot. Even the to go and next day it's still super yummy. Can't get tired of it too good.
