Great place! Super cute little restaurant inside of a lively food/shopping center. Plenty of parking. Staff answered the phone right away What we ordered as vegans:Khao Soi 9/10 which is a northern Thai dish basically a curry with noodles. We loveee Khao Soi and we're so happy to find a place near our home that has it. The only feedback I'd give is that the noodles were a bit too hard for me I prefer mine softer as a personal preference. They mentioned it is made with coconut milk instead of cream. However if you are really strict just know that it does contain fish sauce you cannot remove so if that's a deal breaker for you I'd suggest not order it. Also comes with egg noodlesPad see ew: 9/10 If you are vegan don't make the mistake we did and order it as is! I felt bad because they needed remade the whole dish since it comes with egg. The staff was very kind and said no problem go re make it. I wish the portion was a bit larger and the noodles could have had a bit more of a thickness to them, they kind of fell apart into shreds as we ate. Flavor was on point and veggies cooked perfectly!Roti appetizer: WOW 100000/10 we could eat this everyday! Comes with a small side of curry (yellow, coconut milk), pickled cucumbers, and a delicious spicy sauce. You gotta use every part of this plate! Including the lettuce leaf. The Roti was one of the best I have ever had! Definitely coming back to try more items!

Food was tasty. Service for the most part is good. The restaurant is in a plaza so parking is fairly easy.My friend and I went and enjoyed the satay chicken as an app and our mains. The portions were big and cooked well. The food also came out quickly. Our water was consistently filled. Now for the negatives...We were seated around 6:35. The entire meal, it seems like the staff was trying to rush us eating. They kept interrupting to ask if they could take plates while I was still eating from said plate. At 7:40, we tried to order dessert, but they replied "oh there's fried banana but someone already reserved your table". I was shocked they didn't even let us order dessert so we left. I wish they told us earlier that we could only eat for an hour. We ended up paying and getting dessert next door.In addition, the restaurant was really loud and the tables were really close together so I couldn't really hear my friend well. It is a smaller space but people who eat here should keep this in mind if they're trying to catch up with a friend or on a date.

We ordered "Thai spice" but everything had little to no spice, maybe the kitchen forgot? They gave us additional spicy oil on the side but it didn't add much. Tom Kha - 4/5: really flavorful, wish they sliced the mushrooms though, also came out lukewarm Pad Thai - 2/5: more sweet than sour and lacking flavor overall, noodles were a bit overcooked, large portion of chickenKhao Soi Noodles - 1/5: extremely bland, chicken could use some saltRoti - 4/5: fried well but a bit oily, enjoyed the cucumbersThai tea - 5/5: prefect blend of sweetness and tea

We started getting take out from here during Covid and this has been our go to Thai restaurant. It was my first time dining in this time around. Restaurant is relatively small with around 10 tables or so. They have QR codes at the table to order but we noticed that the prices on the website are higher than the physical menu prices! Anyway we got basil fried rice, their special- Fried eggplant with chicken and roti prata. Food was delicious and we didn't have much to complain except for the raw underflavors in the chicken. Fried eggplant is my favorite and the version here didn't disappoint. Kids were fighting over the sauce that came with prata and the lady helping us noticed and very kindly got us an extra bowl!

Amazing experience here at Khaosan Thai. I was in the Curtner area and decided to swing by here because I was craving Thai food. It was around 2PM on a weekend and there weren't many people eating here during that time. Parking was good and easy to get to. There was a scan to order option at the table, but I noticed that every item on there was $1 more than what it said on the menu, so I recommend just ordering with the server.Pad Thai: Usually I don't like thin noodles for my pad thai, but wow this was so good. The noodles were nice and chewy while the flavor was so delicious. This is a must get if you go here. Portion was large too.Tom Yum Fried Rice: Perfect. Not too sour and not too spicy. I love how the Tom Yum flavor wasn't too overpowering for the dish, which made it very enjoyable.

Craving Thai food,my sister recommended this place.I used Yelp waitlist, seated immediately by window. It started getting bustling around 6:15 on Sat night.Started with Roti app,got yellow chicken curry, rice and pad Thai. Food arrived quickly and it was delicious.Excellent service too!It was very reasonable price. They had outdoor seating with blankets and heaters too.I recommend sitting outside if you want to hear your date, pretty noisy inside lol!Next time I'll ask them to make it more spicy, very mild

This place is in a small, corner plaza shared with a couple food markets and a pub. The restaurant itself is small but very nicely decorated.Staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive! The food is also very good.I got the pork jowl street food dish and loved every bite. The roti was also exceptional. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely drop by again!

Not bad, their lunch specials are good as they include certain entrees along with a drink for around $20. I got the red curry and Thai tea for my meal. The curry was good, Thai tea was a bit diluted and watery. Their tom yum however, was way too sweet. I expected it to be more sour and spicy like other places so I don't know if it was a regional variation or preference, but the sweetness threw us off and it was hard to enjoy the dish. The actual flavors inside the soup was deep and aromatic, and I think it would have been great without so much sugar. Overall I'd be willing to try some of their other menu items, as this place does have good reviews and perhaps we didn't choose the right dishes. I'm curious to try some of their Northern specialties.

Had dinner here on a Sunday night, happy to have been able to be seated right away. We placed our order but 30 min later, were told that the order never went through because of a disconnection in their WiFi meaning we had to wait even longer. Our order:Tom kha with chickenCrispy pork bellyKhaosan Thai fried rice with tofuKa praw with chickenFood came out 45 min after we had been seated. Food was good. Would come back- hopefully no disruption in WiFi next time. They have a lot of to-go orders so it was a good sign to see all the foot traffic while we waited.

My first visit was a 4/5, and the second follow up visit was around a 2.5/5 so right now I'll leave them around a 3/5.Khaosan Thai Dry Noodle - 2/5 I'm not too sure what I was expecting, but when I think of dry noodles I expect a dry feeling, not something soft/moist/sorta mushy noodles which is what I got here, probably steamed way too long? It was also extremely bland, lacking any kind of taste/seasoning to it so it really sucked. To top it off, the raw, or roasted as its stating, red onions just did not par well with the dish that otherwise had no taste. Yellow Curry - 2/5 I think the curry itself was around a 3.5/5 but the ingredients inside the curry, such as the chicken or potatoes felt very bland as well. However, as I usually eat curry with rice or something, then it was just "average" at 3/5.Tom Yum Fried Rice - 4/5 Probably the only normal dish from the three being balanced in flavor, season and taste. In my original visit, our curry and pad thai were 4/5 so I'm not too sure what happened this visit.Parking lot is a struggle sometimes, being a fairly small lot with lots of other store fronts.Ambiance is all right, being a fairly more smaller/cozy restaurant.Service is great though, that's why I'd say they are 3+ minimum.
