Ketrell's Cake Pops and Treats

The Carmel Pretzel Rods, Banana Cookie Pudding and Strawberry Shortcake shooters was fire! Everything received was packaged very nicely, delivered in a insulated carrier on ice with refrigeration instructions. KCP is very perfessional and delivers exactly what you see...the taste is there along with the look!

I found ketrell through yelp and i couldn't have been happier! The strawberries were delicious!, the design was everything i asked for ! And the infused strawberries were just so yummy!. I definitely will use them again for more sweet treats !

This review is based on my event that I had on September 21st,2019. I was thinking about my baby shower so my husband said he will throw me my baby shower since his coworkers also wanted to be part of it. Upon searching on yelp for dessert table setup I came across Ketrell's page. I liked what I saw and decided to go with her since I thought it was within our budget. We met and went over what I had in mind in regards to color scheme and all. At the first visit I was asked for $250 deposit which was non refundable to confirm my date. Though out the whole process I would send Nikki the pictures of things that I bought to put on the table and showed her what and how things will look like and throughout the whole process I felt all she did was try to get me to spend more money and tell me she had vendors who could do this and that. I paid $500 for a mini table setup and I had made it very clear from Day 1 that I have a budget and can't go over it since we had our function from a restaurant we had to pay a lot $$ for it.Things started getting frustrating towards the end of time when our date came very near, we were told about a contract that we had to sign which we never got, we had to pay the remaining money 3weeks before our event and she arrived late on the day of the event and didn't have everything out before my guest arrived. She "forgot " the popcorn that was suppose to go on the table, and after I texted her she came and dropped it off at the front desk so my husband had to grab it and put it in the jar after all my guests had arrived, we were supposed to get 2 flavors, grapes and strawberry but ended up getting just one. Nikki mentioned to me that she was going to give me "rice krispies" as complimentary ( which I never got) with my picture on it since I had shared a picture with her to put on that table. Her phone stopped working all of a sudden after she received the full payment so it was hard to get a response and than she got a new phone. I did mention to her that when we met initially I told her I want to see things when you buy for the function but she only sent me google images or images off of IG, she said she doesn't share pictures with clients and they only get to see the actual thing at the event. Long story short everything turned out ok but it could have been less stressful maybe if I went with someone else. She also added baby block on the table as it came with the package but there was nothing to hold the blocks straight and it kept falling throughout the event. It fell so many times that had to grab cups and put it behind the letters so it could keep standing.Will I recommend Ketrell's cake pops to anyone, my answer would be Maybe No. iam guessing it was a simple mess up that made us a little unhappy but everyone still enjoyed so it was good.Next time I would shop around first before going with the first person we meet. Desserts were good but my husband's mood was all messed up and so was mine.She did apologize to us which was appreciated.

My experience with Ketrell's Cake Pops & Treats was very delightful and delicious. When I reached to the owner regarding my son's graduation celebration with ideas she took my vision and executed everything perfectly. I ordered 12 white chocolate and gold apples with grad tassels and a dozen dipped strawberries and everything was juicy and delicious. Packaging was great, delivering time and meet-up location was clearly communicated and the best part of it all was the amazing customer service that supported the awesome treats. I left text msg and email for inquire on some goodies, never got a single reply from this business. Was disappointed, def will never call here again.

KCPT has always been my go to for event treats they are moist and delicious you can tell the treats are made with love the customer service I received was amazing she answer all your questions and give suggestions which I love and the presentation of her desserts treats are amazing it makes you don't want to eat them they be so pretty I would recommend anyone to support and purchase her package deals..

Just what we asked for!!! The customer service was great. She listened to what we wanted to see and made them as we asked. We had unusual colors and requests, but she did them. She even took the time to have several phone conversations to make sure she understood our desires. She delivered on time and our guest loved them. The taste.....wow! I would definitely do business with her again.

We ordered some cake pops for my son's drive-by birthday, these blew me away! Incredible customer service! She was very prompt responding to any and all of my questions via email. I wish I got better pictures of them, but they were so delicious, and everyone loved them. She was very prompt, and able to meet me earlier to make sure I could get home for the quarantine drive-by birthday! I can't wait to order again!
