We went early, while there were only a few tables occupied. Service was great until about 45 minutes in when it got busier. Part of two of our orders got lost and it took a while for the wait staff to realize it. We had to reorder but we didn't want to double order.The food was delicious. It was crowded but didn't feel overly so. We will be going back.

I had a really bad experience at this sushi place. The fish was not fresh, and some pieces tasted off. The rolls were poorly made, falling apart easily, and lacked any real flavor. The rice was dry and clumpy, which made it hard to even enjoy. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested.For the price, I expected much better quality. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing overall.

Be careful with soy sauce if you prefer low sodium, they switched out the green cap and put it on a regular soy sauce. As good as the food is, that had to be the most disappointing part. Read the bottle and ask if they have Low Sodium before you get tricked like me

It is an AYCE sushi place, and the wait can be quite a bit long if you go during rush hours. As for the inside, it can be a bit noisy if it is busy. For AYCE sushi, it is not a bad price, and the staff seemed accommodating with the orders. As for the sushi, it is decent enough for AYCE, however, not recommended if you were to come here to eat quality fish. There were a lot of options to order from as well as side dishes on the menu. Good for bigger groups too.

I recently dined at Kenzo sushi, and unfortunately, I found the sushi underwhelming. The fish didn't taste as fresh as I expected, and the rolls lacked the bold flavors I was hoping for. The atmosphere was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. While the staff was polite, the overall experience just didn't meet my expectations. I might look elsewhere for sushi in the future.

Every time I go there, I have an amazing experience at Kenzo Sushi! The customer service is incredibly friendly and cheerful, which makes me feel welcomed the moment I stepped in. The quality of the food is great, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. They have a huge selection of sushi. They have their own parking. If you are a sushi lover and can eat a lot like my family, The value for the food is fantastic--you're getting top-notch quality at a price that feels very reasonable. I highly recommend Kenzo Sushi for anyone craving excellent Japanese cuisine with great service to match. The ambiance is very basic table & chairs. They have bugs screen TVs and play Kpop music videos. They also have a cool robotic server. when I see it, it makes my day. Looking forward to coming back!

Awesome all you can eat (AYCE) sushi place located in a spacious, standalone restaurant building on Snell Avenue. The fish tasted pretty fresh and there is a wide variety of different rolls and hand rolls to choose from. My friends and I chose the less expensive AYCE option where we had access to most of the rolls and appetizers ($31.95 per person for lunch), but for a little more they also give you access to sashimi in the premium AYCE. Overall, if you have a large appetite, I would say Kenzo sushi's AYCE is a must try!

Skeptical place. I really wish the Bay Area had great AYCE Sushi spots. The cleanliness is one thing for sure, this place is unkept. The staff service is decent. The food, definitely not worth it. I'd say for those looking to actually have a great AYCE Sushi experience, fly out to the East Coast particularly NJ or NY. For this establishment one I will say, work on your store front, put in actual effort and make the rolls actually sustainable to be held in chopsticks without breaking apart. Food presentation needs work. A lot of work. The interior of the restaurant makes me feel like I'm in a jail holding cell, so dark and morbid inside. Maybe work on lighting. You're in a great location and have so much potential. This is really going to be the end of my review because I'm hoping there will be opportunity that this sushi spot will be able to redeem itself. Also, no dessert included? Is this a common thing by any chance here on the west coast? Not to mention, my poor BF's brother wasn't feeling well in the car as soon as we pulled off the parking lot. Adding menu items below being that you aren't providing what you need for your clientele.

I recently visited Kenzo, an all-you-can-eat sushi spot, and it was an amazing experience! I ordered the Spicy Tuna Roll, Mango Crunch, and Double Crunch, and everything was absolutely delicious. The Spicy Tuna Roll was packed with flavor, with just the right amount of spice. The Mango Crunch had a perfect balance of sweetness and crunch, and the Double Crunch was crispy, fresh, and full of texture. The best part? It was all incredibly affordable for the quality and quantity you get. service is great and fast If you're craving sushi and want a great deal, Kenzo is definitely the place to go!
