First time and it was great! Came on a Sunday brunch (11am) and it wasn't packed so we got seated immediately. Ambiance was great with the live music (D'Aptoods). Wait staff was kind and nice. Food was really good! Hurricane fries were amazing - def get those. Food is good too! Small portions but still solid. Overall would come back!

The filipino-hawaiian fusion sounds enticing, but it's not that great. I've been here a few times (because of friends wanting to eat here) & haven't been impressed with anything I've ordered. The last time I went, I ordered their take on Loco Moco. I did not like it at all & couldn't get past 3 bites of it. The gravy was thin & watery. The meat itself was hard to chew. The taste was bland. Service is ok. Hard for them tho, so many tables & just one waiter which has been my experience each time. If you're craving Hawaiian food, L&L or Ono Hawaiian BBQ are better choices.

I love Asian fusion spots so I had to try this place since I was going to be in the area. This restaurant offers a Hawaiian Filipino menu. Everything sounded great. We enjoy chicken and waffles and pork belly so that's what we ordered. The chicken and waffles comes with an ube waffle and a slightly spicy maple syrup sauce. It was delicious. The crispy pork belly lechon was tender and flavorful with a crunch. It comes with steamed rice sprinkled with furikake and topped with an over easy egg. Runny yolks are fine but not raw egg whites. I carefully pushed it aside. The seaweed salad made the dish a little too fishy tasting as well. I like it in my poke bowls but not in this. I also bit into something bitter. I don't know what spices were in this but that also threw me off. Sometimes less is more. Presentation was beautiful though.Service was impeccable. We were constantly waited on and our server was so kind, warm and friendly. We enjoyed the guava mimosa and the fresh POG juice. I felt like I was at a local joint in the islands.

This place is tucked away next to a repainted Motel 6 and the parking lot is limited. The inside has lots of decor and the background island music makes you feel like you're in the islands. The place is dated and can use an face lift as some booths had some wear and tear, but it doesn't take away from the island vibe and food. Family owned and ran which I always love to support. Most importantly, they have affordable prices! Hard to find these days, but I appreciate the reasonable price for amazing food. We ordered the warm bread with guava butter, sisig fried rice, and lechon rice bowl. I also had to try their guava mimosa. - The warm bread was like a pack of toasted hawaiian bread and the guava butter was smooth and at room temp so it was easy to spread. - The sisig fried rice had so much umami flavor, it was addicting! - The lechon bowl was yummy and the lechon pieces were huge. I loved the extra crispy skin for an added texture and the pickled veggies complimented the sweetness of the lechon sauce in every bite. I wish we had room for dessert because they had malasadas and bread pudding! I just couldn't justify eating 6 malasadas by myself haha. Can't wait to come back again and try more items off their menu. Service was attentive and we were out of there within a hour so it was quick.

Very cute Hawaiian x Filipino restaurant tucked in a Motel 6! The service here is great, everyone was super friendly and food came out relatively fast and hot. Da Loco Moco is the way to go!!!! The short rib falls right apart and the gravy is too good. It is a little pricey compared to other Hawaiian spots I've been to, but the food here is delicious and they have a unique menu with dishes you won't find anywhere else. Super cute casual diner vibe to go with family and friends!

Smelled restaurant located by motel 6. I parked behind the hotel and took the back entree. I wished they got a bigger sign because I couldn't find the restaurant. But regardless food was amazing. The ube pancakes were soft and delicious. Also got the fried chicken with gravy and two eggs. The gravy was buttery and delicious. Chicken was perfectly fried. My favorite was the crispy pork belly. The pork belly was not greasy. Perfectly crispy and was not fatty. You must stop by lunch and breakfast.

Customer service was just as good as the food. Went on a Sunday and there was live music.People were dancing, laughing and having a good time. Fun and welcoming ambience. Pleasantly surprised at how yummy the food was. Some of my family ended up going an hour after I posted it on Instagram and also loved the food. Highly recommend.

I went with my family with a large group and they were able to accommodate us very well. The waitress is very kind. I had the loco moco made with short ribs and it was delectable, the meat was falling off the bone and the gravy had great flavor. I only wish there was even more gravy and rice :). My partner had the longsilog and enjoyed it as well. I loved the tomato's on the side. We also had the beignets which came out so hot and were so delicious. The location is a bit weird but give it a shot. Great Filipino Hawaiian food with great service.

Very friendly staff! The decorations make you feel as if you're back in Hawaii. It's mixed with a Filipino flair. The food was good. We ordered the Pork Belly bowl & Adobo Omlette with Fried Rice. It's busy on the weekends but quick.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. The ambiance was fun with live karaoke and the service was good! But I've been to different filipino brunch places before and the food here was a little underwhelming. The chicken adobo rice omelette was decent, but the sauce made the whole thing a little mushy. However, my biggest gripe was their chicken and ube waffle because instead of fried chicken, I was given fried pork belly instead. I'm not sure what happened there, but definitely misleading. The waffle was okay but I didn't notice any strong ube flavor. It was a little expensive for two dishes & two drinks ($50 with tip). Their coffee was good though
