Being a local, Jersey mikes napa has been a staple. The staff really care and the food is amazing. Robert and his family always work hard, are friendly, and remember us! They do get busy so give yourself some time. #5 and the chicken philly are great!

Killer sandwiches - little pricey but worth it. Pretty quick service, never really had to wait too long unless I had a large order. Recommend going at "off peak" times as it can get busy there and they're moving as quick as they can. Sandwiches have a lot of flavor, not the usual "fast food" bland taste. As I said... worth it. Cheesesteaks are good!!

The service was super quick! We got a California chicken cheesesteak, and a Philly cheesesteak, which were both great options. We got the 6 inch and it felt like more than enough. It was great for a quick bite.

Jersey Mike's is a solid choice for a hearty sandwich. I had the California Chicken Cheese Steak, and it was fantastic--tender chicken, flavorful cheese, and fresh veggies all piled high on a perfectly toasted roll. Fast service and a satisfying meal. Great spot for a delicious, quick bite!

Solid sandwiches, for sure, although a little pricey. I usually go for the Italian, and always Mike's Way, which gives it a nice sour tanginess. However, if you're not going to eat it right away, beware of the extra sauce. Had mine delivered and the bread was damp when it arrived. Still hit the spot.

We decided to give this a try as my coworker raves about how great Jersey Mikes is.Overall, while it was decent, I didn't agree it was so amazing. The ingredients did taste fresh-ish and there was plenty on the sandwich. I will say for the almost $2 they charge for "extra cheese" it should have more cheese than it did. The sandwiches were prepared correctly as per our online order, and were ready on time. So nothing was wrong - I just wasn't wowed in any way, shape, or form.It's a step above Subway, but if you want a great sandwich, there are better places in Napa, for the same money or less.

Jersey Mike's do live up to their commercial ads in regards to freshly sliced meat and fresh ingredients. Their sandwiches are delicious and the service was superb. They are a little pricey compared to other places so I recommend ordering the Giant sandwich size to get your moneys worth .

Jersey Mike's Subs in Napa has excellent food quality since I started eating there when they opened. I'd never been to a Jersey Mike's, and I was pleasantly surprised how fresh the ingredients are. The service is friendly and ordering on-line is the fastest and easiest. The ambiance of the store itself is clean and cozy. There is outside seating, and it is one of the nicest shopping plaza's Napa has. Lots of trees and shade. The owners of Jersey Mike's are very kind as well. They do a great job with large orders and have a genuine kindness. I'm so glad they opened their location here.

Food was great , service not so much. Courtesy & politeness just wasn't there. Though there were 3 workers at the time, only one did all the work which made the wait a little longer than I'm sure it would have taken had everyone did their job. Just sayin
