Jack's Cheese Steak is part of a shared kitchen* in a Krispy Krunchy Chicken(KKC) location in East Oakland. The other day, I saw that DoorDash was offering a 20% promo to try this place. So I ordered a Mushroom Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. How was it? The sandwich arrived hot, and wrapped in foil. Lots of napkins and ketchup. The sandwich is very tasty. The meat, cheese, onions and mushrooms blend together nicely. However, this sandwich is a bit on the small side. It isn't a really big heavy cheese steak sandwich. This sandwich would be perfect for lunch for 1 person. *What's a shared kitchen? It's a restaurant that offers several popular menu items under one roof. The customer has more choices, and doesn't have to drive around looking for different foods. Everything is fine, as long as they don't mix up the orders.
