It's Lunch Time

This place is so good. If you work in the North San Jose/Santa Clara/Milpitas tech circle, you've gotta stop by on your lunch break. I ordered online for pick up (they close at 1:30, so be sure to go before then) and I just grabbed it off the counter when I got there. Cute little shop located around autobody and small warehouse stores, you might miss it. But you shouldn't. Parking gets a little tough, but I just pulled my car in front real quick and hopped out. Onto the food. I got the bulgogi sandwich because some other Yelper had a very appetizing photo...and I did not regret it. Seriously, it smelled so good that I had to whip the sandwich out at the stoplight on Montague Expressway to catch a glimpse.Perfectly tender, salty, sweet bulgogi with the nice sour and spicy jalapeño- it couldn't be beat. I couldn't even wait to get back to my desk at work to eat it, I finished it in my company parking lot. Everything in San Jose is expensive now and this isn't the exception, but this is definitely going on my lunch time rotation- sorry Mendocino Farms.

I recently dined at this charming spot and had an exceptional experience. The bulgogi sandwich stole the show with its mouthwatering meat and perfectly soft bread that had just the right crunch without being too harsh on the roof of my mouth. I'm not kidding when I say this is legitimately one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The spicy pork belly plate was also very good, striking a perfect balance of spice that caters to various spice level preferences. What truly stood out was the owner's warmth and hospitality - he welcomed us and took the time to guide us through the menu when we mentioned it was our first visit. A gem of a place with delicious food and fantastic service!

This place is off the beaten trail but so very worth the visit. The menu is simple (which I love). The owner is very friendly. The bulgogi sandwich was absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and every element of the sandwich worked together so well. My taste buds and stomach were perfectly satisfied and I will be back here for sure.

I ate here today for lunch. I ordered a turkey sandwich that was heated. The menu here is simple but it wasn't an issue for me. The bread plus everything else in my turkey sandwich was delicious. If your in the area or even if your not, I highly recommend this business if your craving a freshly made sandwich. The owner here is also a professional and it's clear he cares about your satisfaction.Martin

A wonderful 2 person family run business! Have patience if ordering in person at 12:15pm. Colorful quaint dining space in an industrial area. Can order online or calling in your order. Food is sweet and savory in the Korean style. I love coming here for a leisurely bite. You can also order food online through his website and set up your pick up time.!

Best time is lunch time. ~ My friend and I shared a Bulgogi sandwich ($15) and it was so filling! The sandwich is simple, good, and HUGE! It was bigger than my hand. The bread is thin & there's a good balance of meat, cheese, and lettuce in the sandwich. The meat is flavorful and not too overly sweet. Tip: If you're unable to eat it right away, highly recommend putting it back in the oven or airfryer! It tastes so much better and gets that crispiness back :)

#51 on Yelp's 2022 Top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area list. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same experience that many other Yelpers have, and could have gone on an off day. It also could have been because I went towards the end of the week, at the end of the lunch rush- It's Lunch Time is only open on the weekdays from 10:30am-2:30pm. I stopped by around 2pm on a Friday, and called in my order ahead of time (they estimated 10 minutes for my order to be ready). It's Lunch Time is a small shop located in a semi-industrial area. Make sure you follow your GPS so you don't miss it! They have a small menu, but they had a lot of chips and drink options to go along with your meal. It wasn't busy when It wasn't busy when I picked up my order, and I tried their Bulgogi Sandwich (Onion, Cheese, Lettuce, Jalapeno, $14.99, https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=6suH8C-eIGTp08F7ow9QnA&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg). I liked the flavor of their bulgogi, but it was a little too salty overall and slightly dry. I also didn't like the bread they used (an Italian roll?), since it added to the overall dryness of the sandwich. The ingredients were fresh though, and I would consider coming back if in the area for lunch. Their staff was really friendly, and they had hand sanitizer at the counter. Only indoor seating options were available. Parking was easy to find at the time since there were a few spots available in their shared lot.

This place is sooooo delicious. The quality of the food is just immaculate. My first experience was with the spam musubi and OH MY GOD I WAS BLOWN AWAY. I felt like Remy from "Ratatouille" when he eats the cheese and strawberry together and it makes magic. Not even exaggerating! The second thing I tried, was their spicy chicken wrap! I did not know what to expect when I received my order, but golly it was a huge wrap! Once I opened it, I was once blown away by their presentation and quality of the food.You can really tell they take pride in their food and not only that, but reassurance to the customers' about wait times bc it can be a 10 min wait, but if you know they give out great quality and food it's fine with me! They are also very friendly and polite. You guys definitely need to give this place a go I know I'll be back to try something else and be blown away!
