It's true they have A LOT of sandwiches! Even if it's not on the menu board, just ask them and they have it. I was a little overwhelmed my first time here today but the friendly staff asked what I was looking for. I needed a Tuna sandwich for my dad and I usually like a Turkey club. He pointed me towards the 325. AMUNA'S TUNA but without the Red Pesto and Grilled Tomatoes. My dad just likes it simple.For me he suggested the 25. Barry Bonds - Turkey, Swiss and bacon on Dutch Crunch roll. The Dutch Crunch roll was the best I've ever tasted. It was just incredibly delicious. It's a little known fact that the bread is one of the most important elements to a good sandwich. You can have tasty fillings, fresh veg, hearty meat and cheese, but with a stale disgusting roll the whole sandwich is ruined. I piled on the free extra veg like banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles. These are huge sandwiches and surprisingly my 82 year old dad wolfed down his whole tuna sandwich. So I'm pretty sure the tuna was good. I could only eat half of mine but now I have the other half to look forward to tomorrow, maybe for breakfast. My brother Pete had recommended Ike's and I'm so glad I checked it out. They also have a deal if you sign up for their loyalty club you'll receive $5 off your first order.

So disappointing - considering I just left a 5 star review just the day before. We ordered our sandwiches online and went to pick them up in the time window specified. We were told they will be right up but it turns out that they were running behind so we waited quite a while before they were ready. Totally understandable if they were busy and needed more time but please just at least be honest and we would've been perfectly happy to just walk around the plaza and waited. The worst part was when we got home and opened up the sandwiches. The order was all mixed up. They put the wrong toppings on the sandwiches (missing banana peppers one one, mixed up the toppings on the other two sandwiches and missing the extra avocado on one of the sandwiches which we paid extra for). This is super problematic considering you can't easily remove what you don't want and we didn't actually get what we paid extra for! I get that mistakes can happen but it made for a very disappointing visit.

One thing about me is that I LOVE SANDWICHES. And this place is good I like to get their chicken sandwich's on sourdough & the service is great!! I would sometimes come here after heading to barnes n noble but that was awhile go haha.

It's a chain company, not really much to say, sandwiches are average, the place is pretty sample. But efficiency, you get your sandwich in not time. Employees are attentive but they do their job. If you ask me if I come back , I definitely will, it's not the best but if you're hungry, and looking for something quick, this the place

Had to try the new Ike's at the Plaza. It had all the usual welcoming colors and signage of other shops, but this one was close to home!Staff greeted us and the manager asked if we could use any help while tackling their extensive sandwich menu. The selection and names of sandwiches are really fun and vegetarians can designate this place as a haven meal spot, cuz there were just as many vegan selections as non-vegan options. I'm actually going to give those a try next time, but today we ordered their Matt Cain w roast beef, salami and turkey w Godfather sauce and the Madison Bumgarner with steak, yellow BBQ sauce and pepper Jack cheese.All I can say was ordering was easy, the sandwiches came warm and were delicious, and life was good! Even my picky husband had only good things to say. We'll be back with the family very soon!

A new sandwich spot in El Cerrito that's good?!? I am impressed! I want to say I first got the Matt Cain and thought it wasn't the best sandwich place (I got whole wheat to be healthy) but it was until I got the Madison Bumgarner WITH DUTCH CRUNCH. I was so pleased with my second time here!Their dutch crunch literally tastes so fresh like it was right out of the oven. I also think I like the contents in the Madison Bumgarner better than Matt Cain. So much depth and variety. I definitely reccomend ordering online though because this spot is located near medical offices and schools so it can definitely get busy. Can't wait to try more sandwiches out from here!

After spending $1500 in catering and I come to pick up my order my order is not ready it's 30 minutes late and I asked you to please just bag all the sandwiches by type I didn't care about the box I didn't need the box and that wasn't even done And you are dismissive to comments and needs there are too many other locations to order from for that type of quality of service

I had the meatless Mike and I gotta give it a five star . It was neatly made and spread evenly, I couldn't be more satisfied with plant based meatballs, taste and texture overall was on point. Service was great, the staff was nice and welcoming and the place looked clean. Five star all the way.
