Don't order from this place under their fake shit name the ice cream shop. I spent $60 with a $10 tip also. I ordered 5 pints of ice cream. 1 pint was heath bar ice cream. These fucking assholes threw a heath bar in my bag. Gee, somehow that didn't look like the pint of heath bar ice cream you had pictured on your website For $5.89. Two of the ice cream were completely soup. This goddamn liquor store shouldn't be able to be called an ice cream shop. What a bunch of scumbags. Do yourself a favor, and never shop for anything through these Fucking idiots.

First time here but not my last! I was on my way to 1/4 burger to get dinner for my husband and I , and I wanted to get some cold beers to go along with my burger. I was very confused as I wanted to know where the beer I like was. Had asked the guy behind the counter where it was and he took the time out of his busy routine to help me find it on the shelf. Well they found, it what stock they had, but I appreciate the great customer service gesture they extended to me to find what I was looking for, especially when they had lots of customers in the store. FYI Yelp has them marked down as closed but they are open on Sunday!

The Liquor Store just recently transferred Ownership and sad to say the service is horrible Now! Service is Bad and they charge you to use your credit card where in the past the previous owners didn't as long as it was over $10.00! I spent $13:00 dollars and the clerk charged me.79 cents and when I asked why I was being charged, he said you now need to spend $15.00 dollars! I asked why didn't you say that when I was paying and he replied "I don't know my BOSS to me to charge everyone that amount! I extremely disappointed because this is absolutely terrible service at its finest! They just lost a valuable regular customer and I will never return! I hope they do better because times are hard especially since COVID-19 and people need their money! Luckily I won't be back! Sincerely, a sad customer!

Hayward Food & Liquors has a semi-large runned-down parking lot. many shelves with convenience foods, snacks, cookies, edibles.drink: fuze mango/ginseng tea(.99)-lots of sugar (19 gram), little tea taste, most sweetdrips:-wines, micros few, mainstream beers priced above average.-friendly service, "anything else?" asked.
