Had the falafel rice platter, (requested spicy), at the foodiecrew food cart thing Wednesday evenings at veteran's park in Brentwood and it was outstanding! Maybe I'll ask to get it a little more spicy for next time. Enjoyed every part of the meal. Perfect dinner to end a good day! Wish they had a small circular sticker with their logo and a number / contact info or something placed on the containers, had to web search it to save for future reference.

Great food , friendly staff. I usually order the gyro plate with plenty of white sauce!

Went back today and tried a chicken gyro. So delicious! And very generous. I took a pic but I'd already had a bunch of chicken.

This food truck occasionally stops at my university. Is it an off day? Did I order the wrong thing? $12 lamb gyro was really gross. Pita was cold and hard to chew, lamb was like eating mushy strips of textured vegetable protein that had been defrosted but not cooked properly. Very salty and garlicky in a generic seasoning or bouillon sort of way. The only positive was that the veggies which dominated the gyro were fresh and crisp. I definitely do not recommend the lamb gyro.

Y'all were delicious at Autumn Lights festival on Saturday, and I appreciated seeing the family all working together. I had "Mixed on Rice" and it hit the spot. The chicken and lamb were both moist, tender, and flavorful. The lamb was a little more stewed than I was expecting, but it tasted good. The iceberg salad was plain but refreshing. The rice was spiced strongly - it tasted good and went great with the food, but once I'd finished the protein and lettuce I couldn't eat the rice by itself - it needed something blander to balance it out. Everything was generous portions -- My main regret was that I didn't get to try your falafel. But that's a good reason to come back, and I look forward to seeing you again. Keep up the good work!

Enjoyed my lamb gyro, had a huge portion for $16. My wife had the chicken and rice which was tasty but I didn't like as much. A few other food and drink options. Service was quick employees nice. Above average for sure but just a food truck.

What a cool and yummy food truck! The chicken shawarma rice platter just hit the spot during the Autumn Lights Festival in Oakland. Service was super fast! Chicken was flavorful and tender with the white sauce, rice was cooked well, and I mixed the salad in for a complete meal. Belly was full and I was ready to peruse the festival. Can't wait to try more selections in the future.

Best falafel I've had in years. Moist and they make it flat and grill it so you get lots of browned bits. Amazing!

Working with Halal Bites of Chicago was so great! They sold food at multiple events that I had planned at a local elementary school. We appreciate how smooth they made the process, delicious food and wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend them for an event!

Worst service. We ordered food at the Dublin fair, and the staff was so rude. I requested for an extra fork and they just blatantly said we don't have any.
