6 out of 5 stars for Sarah who worked with us throughout our planning process and also was the most incredible day of coordinator. So thorough, proactive, patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. We are so grateful she was there for us to make sure our day went smoothly. She was always five steps ahead of us and is such an expert at her job. Banquet captains Jose and Bryce were also wonderful, as was Chrissy who met with us for one of our planning meetings. There could have been better/more proactive communication from some of the other vendors (cake, DJ) and some better quality control for drinks at the bar. Nonetheless we were very pleased with our experience overall.

Attended a wedding here and was pleasantly surprised with the overall aesthetic - it looks much better in person than on pictures. The day of coordinator did a great job running things smoothly. It was an incredibly cold night and the heat lamps were out in full force. The staff were working hard to make sure any heat lamps that went out got their propane tanks refilled. Two gripes - awkward not being able to have microphones in the dinner area. DJ wasn't the most alert through the whole day - sound was cutting out during ceremony and the dance music had too many lull periods.Overall has some limitations but it was a solid venue that ultimately helped more than it hurt the wedding experience.

Hey Bay Area, do yourself a favor and add this to your venue touring list!Upon arriving, Johnny welcomed us in and gave such an incredible touring experience. His energy and passion is simply unmatched. He showed us exactly what the guests would experience as they would enter in, from the ceremony site to reception. No venue have done that for us and I wish they did. The ceremony site and reception area was beautiful, sooo many photo ops. Pictures just don't do this venue justice. We were then brought into the office to chat about the details and Johnny did not pressure us at all.We personally did not end up choosing Hacienda de las Flores as our wedding venue but the team just left such a positive experience for me that I had to leave this review. Really wish this team were the ones planning and coordinating for my wedding.

Don't let the photos fool you. I had a fantastic photographer and a vision for my wedding that could have been achieved for less than 6k. But Rose of Wedgewood Weddings sent me two emails asking for a review of their services for my wedding on 2/17/23. It took me almost a month to respond due to the fact that I--along with all my close family and friends in attendance--try our very best to just forget about it. But, since they insisted, I'll tell you my biggest problems with Wedgewood Weddings. After spending roughly $16,000 on a dream, my DJ played the totally wrong song for my wedding party walking down the aisle (no he did not contact me in any way to tell me he couldn't find my song we discussed or anything). The girlies at Wedgewood did this really cool thing where they put all the outdoor games we wanted under a large tree in the dark behind our covered reception area. They didn't leave a flashlight, a candle, or even a glowstick for my guests to see and enjoy themselves without rolling an ankle. It was very unsafe for anyone that attempted to play, and ultimately a total waste for us. They assured me that there would be heating for my guests as we were seated outdoors for our reception. This was not true at all mainly because one worker after another said they weren't working, or they needed gas/propane, etc. All of my guests, including family from North Dakota were freezing. I later come to hear about the heaters being turned off at the request of a guest probably an hour after I last inquired about what was going on. Wedgewood neglected to run that past me before doing anything, however, staff did interrupt me to ask if it was ok to turn the heat back on after hours of us shivering since the reception started. I recall saying "well you didn't ask for my permission to turn it off... YES, turn it back on immediately." My wedding party and guests weren't comfortably warm until almost the end of the reception. The whole schedule of my wedding was out of whack and not consistent with what we had discussed over video meetings numerous times. The DJ wasn't sure what to do, and once it was about nightfall, the Wedgewood girlies were acting like they couldn't wait to leave. My beautiful filet mignon was cooked WELL DONE, and there was not a single soul from Wedgewood to check with me on how the meal was. My wedding party had to cut pieces of theirs to share with me! Another lovely experience my wedding party had was being scolded like children for drinking a particular alcohol that Wedgewood erroneously left out for hours on the bar counter in the lounge area set up for us to relax after the ceremony. My guests had no idea what was off limits as there were hors d'oeuvres, beer, liquor, and champagne sprinkled all over the counter area. The last nail in the coffin was the bartender being incredibly rude to my photographer that happens to be a good personal friend. Once my friend was done working diligently to capture as much beauty as she could from what was supposed to be my special day, she asked the bartender for a drink. The bartender looked my friend up and down and snarked "ya snooze, ya lose!" and continued packing up the bar.The only good thing this particular venue had was the aesthetic I was looking for. I will give big props to Danville Bakery and A Loves In Bloom for the work they did on our cake and flowers. They're accommodating and very sweet people to work with. But generally speaking, working with Wedgewood is the biggest regret of my life. I mean that with a passion. The only people that had any attention to detail or eagerness to help in any way they could was the late night kitchen crew that Cristina was so eager to hand us off to so she could scram. I don't know if it was just the staff they had (because I know they have a lot of turn around) but Hacienda de las Flores by Wedgewood Weddings don't seem to care about anyyyything once they get that last payment from you. You guys literally ruined my dream wedding. Also, I encourage Wedgewood Weddings to reach out to me via email or phone, and I will happily go into great detail about everything in this review. As for others that have used Hacienda de las Flores or any other Wedgewood location and had a beautiful dream wedding, consider yourself lucky.

I had my wedding here on Saturday august 26th and the venue and the staff their went truly above and beyond our expectations. The venue natural light was incredible and all the plants and twinkle lights really made our night feel magical. We toured the place at around 12pm and I didn't realize how gorgeous it gets in the afternoons into evening until the day of. From planning starting a year in advance to our day of coordinator Johnny - everything was extremely detailed and well coordinated. The team there was constantly checking on us throughout our wedding to make sure we were happy and had food and drinks for us and the night went seamlessly. The bar did a great job with the signature cocktails and we worked with the venue recommended florist and dj who we both loved. I truly only have positive things to say about this place. The very few minor points i will make to consider are that the menu is somewhat limited and not expansive for vegetarians and vegans and it appears there is a new sound ordinance they are working with the neighbors on resolving so they have to muffle mics during speeches and wedding party introductions. It was not a big deal but something to be aware of. We would have our wedding here again in a heart beat and felt it was above and beyond for the price.

Overall, my experience with Hacienda was a mix of positive and negative aspects. I began my venue search in February 2022 and ultimately chose Hacienda after visiting the venue multiple times. Initially, I was concerned about noise volume issues mentioned in previous reviews, but the previous manager assured us there would be no problems. We signed the contract in April, and our interactions with Hacienda intensified in November. After a management change, I felt apprehensive about the new manager, Amanda, but she proved to be experienced and engaging. Planning meetings started in early 2023, and I had multiple coordinators, with Chrissy Miller standing out as particularly knowledgeable and kind. Chrissy was responsive and even went the extra mile, accommodating additional meetings and promptly answering emails. Amanda was also excellent at addressing my mother-in-law's questions and requests. As the wedding date approached, we faced uncertainty about the weather, which could potentially affect our plans. Despite not wanting a tent, we learned that Hacienda had a plan to make it aesthetically pleasing with lights, draping, and a chandelier. This reassured me that Hacienda cared about maintaining a beautiful atmosphere, even in unfavorable conditions. On the actual wedding day, there were both positive and negative aspects. Chrissy was present early in the day, ensuring everything aligned with my vision and making contingency plans in case of rain. She offered support and arranged for things to be returned to their original positions once the rain stopped. Chrissy's dedication impressed me, and she even framed a photo she took of my husband and me, adding a personal touch. The venue decorations and execution of our vision were excellent, and the food was delicious. The staff went above and beyond, with the banquet captain providing a heater when I was cold and assisting with loading items into our car. However, the DJ, who was recommended by Wedgewood, posed several problems. He failed to start with the song I had chosen for my aisle walk, leading to an awkward moment. Although Chrissy intervened and the correct song was eventually played, it was disappointing and impacted my experience. I also struggled to hear the DJ's announcements and doubted if he followed the requested order for table numbers. Music from the sweetheart table was barely audible, raising concerns about the overall sound quality. The DJ's suggestions for the schedule were impractical, but we had to correct him to ensure speeches happened first. Moreover, the DJ mishandled the mixing of two songs for the horah and failed to properly announce important moments like the horah and bouquet toss, resulting in missed opportunities for our loved ones. The groom even missed part of the horah, and a friend had to fetch him. It seemed the DJ lacked experience with certain aspects, despite being briefed beforehand. The overall music vibe was lacking, and very few guests danced. The DJ didn't make an effort to encourage people to join the dance floor or effectively manage these important moments. This was particularly disappointing considering the amount of money spent on the wedding.Additionally, we were not provided with any cake to take home, which we had requested, and there was disorganization regarding the collection of our belongings at the end of the night. Our items were not gathered as promised, resulting in an extra hour spent retrieving them. Furthermore, some of our belongings went missing, including my neon sign remote, leading to frustration and additional expenses. While Hacienda has the potential to deliver great experiences, my advice is to communicate and advocate for your needs clearly. It would be wise to anticipate potential scenarios and discuss them with the venue to ensure they can handle them effectively. Many of my issues were with the DJ, and unfortunately, they occurred after my coordinator had left.

We had our wedding at Hacienda de Las Flores on 10/12/2023. It was the first and only venue we looked at - I knew right away it was perfect. I really did not want to have to source everything myself so finding a venue that provided it all was ideal for us. All we had to do was say yes or no and select which options we wanted. We chose the pavillion against the gate for the ceremony and the reception was the lawn. The only thing I will say is if you are all about having a lot of dancing at your reception and plan on having more than 100 people, the dancing area is inside and can be a little crowded. We had 115 total and people were more mingling than dancing so it wasn't a big deal for us. Sara was our day-of coordinator and she was amazing. She was professional and even bustled my train for me after the ceremony. She drove us to and from the ceremony site and the reception site in the golf cart so we didn't have to walk and did constant check-ins with us to make sure we were happy and everything was going smoothly. I have nothing but good things to say about the Wedgewood team and given the chance there's nothing I would change! The food was exceptional; everything was tasty and served warm. Guests were served in a timely manner (we opted for two course plated meals). We had several vegetarian and a few GF guests and WW came through for them by making sure they were provided for. The We went with the vendor provided for the cake and even though we only had one bite each it was amazing and beautiful. They advised us not to go with black icing as it would stain teeth so we went with the suggestion of black fondant instead for the outside of the cake. We also added on flowers from the provided vendor and we didn't see them until the day of but we were very happy with all the florals. Great job a Love is in Bloom! The only complaint I have is regarding the DJ which was the vendor provided by WW as part of our Elite package. We were told he would be reaching out two weeks prior but we didn't hear from them so I went ahead and sent out playlist with spotify links to all the songs. He called us THE DAY BEFORE the wedding and started asking us basic questions that I had already answered in the email. I told him we had already sent the spreadsheet (which was confirmed by the way) and he had me resend it and proceed to go through the songs and make unnecessary comments about our song choices. Fast forward to the next day, our wedding -he missed the cue for the walk back song and also messed up our first dance song three times by playing it at 3-4 times speed somehow. My husband had to walk over and tell him that it was playing too fast. My recommendation is that either the DJ vendor organize themselves better or WW tries a different vendor all together.

We just had our weddings here last weekend, and it was amazing!! The staff ran the day like a well-oiled machine and we really didn't have to worry about anything. We did change our minds about the order of things 5 minutes before cake cutting and our first dance, and they were able to pivot without missing a beat. Madi was our day of wedding coordinator, and she exceeded our expectations. A big shout out and thank you to Madi. Honestly, everyone exceeded our expectations. I've read some of their bad reviews on here, and none of the names sound familiar. I'm not sure if those individuals work there anymore. Sarah, Chrissy, and Madi were all amazing, and their GM Zoe was really nice, calming and helpful. I was kind of freaking out about the weather week of, and they really did do everything in their power to work with us on pivoting the ceremony to fit with our vision still. Their recommended vendors were all great. The Danville Bakery was delicious, floral was stunning, and was everything we wanted. Floral for me was one of the most important. I am very specific with floral, and they made my dream a reality. The DJ company has many DJs and Quam was our MC. He was really on point and knew his job well. In our meeting with him, we told him that all Playlists except the dance party we didn't want altered at all. However, we asked him to feel the crowd for the dancing, and if he needed to change it up to keep the energy going to please do and HE DID!! He kept to the genre that kept everyone dancing and singing. We got compliments the next day that they were sore from dancing and having such a great time. Also, food is very important and we got a lot of compliments on how good the food was especially for a wedding. Our prime rib was so good. I was not expecting much, especially when food has to be cooked in such large quantities. You usually get mediocre food at best, but it was delicious, and the variety of the salads was a hit. Last but definitely not least, the photographer from their recommended vendor, Danielle, was amazing!! She was so familiar with the venue and was able to guide us perfectly for photos. Her personality really added some fun to the whole long process. We loved her energy. We are so happy with our wedding, and this team brought our vision to life, and we both want to say a genuine thank you to the staff here and their vendors.

When we were looking for a wedding venue, my husband and I really wanted somewhere that took care of most of the vendors so that we weren't trying to orchestrate 10 different vendors the day of the wedding. That is how we found Wedgewood initially. I don't have enough nice things to say about this venue! From the beginning to the end, our experience was a 10 out of 10. We actually got orders to Texas after booking the venue so we had to do a lot of the planning remotely, and the Wedgewood team was able to accommodate us every step of the way! Not having to worry about food, flowers, Dj, coordination, everything is taken care of, and the communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal! The venue is breath talking and even for a late august wedding the tree shade everything enough so the weather was perfect! If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change anything!
