Do not rent from this company. I did however think the driver was very polite and friendly but he arrived 15 min late (not a big deal) and at the end we confirmed to be back by 5:30 pm to complete are 6 hours ( not counting the 15 min he was late) and got back at 5:40pm. Driver did not say anything and the next day I was charged for 7 hours which totaled additional $180! They refuse to reimburse me and will not return my phone calls. I am in a dispute with my credit card company because they will not give my money back. Has taken weeks. Shady!

Our West Coast children, recommended Guru Limo several years ago.We used them and are most pleased with their "courteous service", "comfortable vehicles" and " cost competitive rates"Today we were driven by son Biki , who made our trip to SFO very pleasant.

Company scheduled limo service for a recent training seminar. Service was on time and amazing. Cory my driver was great and was able to provide good knowledge of the surrounding area as I had not been before.

Originally we were just going to take BART to SFO, but they were doing work on it that weekend and closed the tunnel, so we called Guru Limo just a few days before we were to leave. We were picked up right on time. I had looked into another limo service and they wanted $450 to drive 4 people and their luggage to SFO from the East Bay in an SUV. Guru Limo was just $89 + tip. Limo is a little dated and worn, but no one seemed to care when we were on our way to Hawaii.On the way back our flight was changed, they were able to acomodate us and pick us up 2 hours earlier, although not in a limo but a towncar - a little tight, but still worked - we just wanted to get home and not wait around, which we didn't.I would definitely use them again.

Best private car service! Booked a beautiful SUV to Napa. I don't know what we were more impressed by - that the driver arrived at least 15 minutes early or that the SUV was absolutely immaculate and comfortable! Everything went smoothly! Highly recommend and will book again for another trip!

To start, I booked Guru Limo through Limos.com. I was with my family in the Napa Valley area looking to head to see the in-laws for Xmas back in PHL. I booked on Tuesday, December 22 for roughly $260 to get from St Helena to SFO at 10AM. Everything checked out and was very streamlined. On December 23, I received a confirmation at 9:11AM that the driver was en route and on time. All smiles.At approximately 9:30AM, I received a call from the driver who indicated he would be at least 20-30 minutes late and gave no reason. The driver of the car instructed me to maybe consider taking a cab if the 30 minutes would make my travel time too tight. I like to leave 30 minutes for traffic/etc, so starting the trip without my buffer had me flustered. My last morning went from calm to scrambling to find another ride. I called Limos.com to have the service cancelled. Apparently, when Guru Limo received my cancellation, a manager informed Limos.com I was incorrect and the driver was at most 10 minutes late (I will believe the guy calling me from his car, sir). As a result I was denied a refund. I had Limos.com reach out twice asking for first a full refund, and then a 75% refund. Both times I was denied, without so much a compromise offered. In the future, Guru Limo, consider educating your drivers to not give me false information, as I was following the instruction of your driver. I do not intend to use this service again, and I suggest anyone that does, be sure to book at least a half hour in advance (apparently arrival times can be viewed as estimates).

I chose this place due to the seller reviews. The driver came on time and was really great in terms of communication.It seems like the handle by the door got ripped off it didn't bug me but it seems like the limo needs a little TLC. Also there definitely needed more ice. We rented it for 5+ hours.On our way back there was a lot of hard breaks that caused one person to get carsick. I think what happen was the driver was using waze to avoid sf traffic which involved a lot of stops and hard breaks. Other then that it was okay.It was my first time in a limo so i don't think I had high expectations so I was a little sad that the limo ride ended this way.We rode on the white stretch limo.

Never ever book with this company. Me and my cousin were trying to look for some cheap limo rentals and we found their website. We tried to call them today and he hung up while I was asking him how kuch it cost for a rent of limousine. And then, I tried to call him again because I thought I accidentally pressed the end button. But when he answered he said, "I already talk to you yesterday. And I said $100 per hour. I remember your voice". I was like: I DIDNT EVEN CALL YESTERDAY EVEN FOR ONCE. And then he hung up again. My cousin tried to reach the frontdesk to ask for their manager and then he said he's the manager. My cousin ask him if thats how they treat their customer. And he was like, "I already told you how much it is, and if you're looking for cheap rentals you guys should take an uber". I know its annoying if you already got called by the same people for like 4 days in a row but the thing is we didn't call him even once yesterday and the other day. He told us we already called for like 4 days in a row and he remembers our voice. Like wtf? DUDE U GUYS SHOULD CLOSE YOUR COMPANY.

To celebrate my wife's birthday, we took a group to Wente Winery's restaurant in Livermore (which, BTW, was fabulous). We contracted with Guru Limo, our local Alameda family-owned company, and couldn't be happier. Co-owner and nice guy Biki Malhi chauffeured us. The car was impeccably clean and he took great care of us. He dropped us off at the restaurant and simply asked that we text him when we were ready to move on to the tasting room. He was there in 30 seconds. Everything about our day in Livermore was perfect and Guru Limo played a large part. It was fun, it was celebratory -- and it was relaxing because we left the driving to someone else..Werecommend him without hesitation and will use him any time we need a limo in the future. He is available 24/7 for airport runs, events, winetastings, etc., etc. and gives guarantees he will be on time. Clean, on time, welcoming, impeccable. What more could one ask for??
