Guadalajara Ice Cream Parlor

Small location near Jamba Juice in San Pablo. You order first when you come in on the left hand side and wait to be charged. There is not prices listed so expect each items to A LEAST be $10+ not including tax of course. Small seating area on the right hand side and no out door seating. I have yet to have bad service: only thing I would say is that if one server help one family. They should have pen and paper... take the full order so the family can move to the waiting side area to be rung up. Instead: they take one person from the family individual order... make the items then take the next family member order... make the items... repeat until they concluded the whole family and then charge them. That make the line a lot longer, wait time, food cold, etc.

Came in when they first opened and again another time. They were quite busy. The employees seemed very nice lots of different options to try. I had Elote with Cheetos dust. It was ok the seasoning could have been better. The hot Cheetos with elotes and the other dish with the corn, chips and nacho cheese was good too. My husband enjoyed the ice cream. I also got the fruit it was ok not all was well ripe and it could have used a little more tahin seasoning. I would try more items here. Only complaint the items are quite expensive for snack items.

I like this place - the staff were very nice and the ice cream was good. I had a sundae and so did my two kids. My frinend had a cone. All was delicious and I will return soon. A young lady and two young men - who were at the counter-were very accommodating. They were explaining the difficult menu. I would give it 5 stars but the menu had no pricing and it was a bit confusing.

I usually get the large fresca and get charged $7. Today I got a fresca and a bag of hot cheetos and was charged $15. How is the bag of chips more expensive than the fresca?! They are always charging different prices here avoid if you can.

We went on a Sunday after church. We were excited to try this place. Parking was ok.We didn't see any prices listed up on the menu just pictures of the snacks and ice cream. We had to ask for the prices each time. That was irritating and time-consuming. I had my 9 year old son with me. My friend brought her kids, 9 years old, 7 years old, 5 years old and a church friend 9 years old. We were the only customers it was slow at the time. When another employee came out she passed me to help the people that just walked in before helpping me. I let them know I'm next. She asked you are together? I replied we walked in together but we are separate order. She still persist to help the customers behind me and told me I should wait until my friend finish ordering and that same person will help my son and I.I asked why do I have to wait when I was here first waiting already it's just for my son and I to order? She was upset even when I asked her kindly. She end up taking our oder and upset over change us.My friend walked to the table with a big order and one of the ice creams fell off the tray. They made another one after helping all the other customers and when she walked up to the counter they charged her!Bad customer service! We paid high prices for cheap quality, ice cream and bad customer service.Not kid/family friendly at all!They got a star just for the parking.

Cute spot, genuine people, and a huge variety of really cool aguas. For the little San Pablo plaza, this is a fun upgrade !! BOMB DOT COM

Love their paletas, especially their pistachio and Oreo paletas. Came here after a long days work just to find out they ran out of both my favorite flavors. They still have plenty of very good options so I went with the walnut, eggnog and mango and chimoy paletas. I don't speak Spanish but the staff was still patient with me and I was eventually helped by someone who speaks English, Sebastian who provided excellent customer service. Only feedback would have the prices listed of items and the flavors of each paleta, otherwise 5+ stars. I always take my family and friends here for dessert whenever they're in San Pablo- highly recommend.

Plenty of room to seat and enjoy your snacks I tried the chocolate banana and nuez it was fresh and delicious, usually they make chocolate bananas in other places from old rotten bananas lots of peanuts and chocolate, my friend had a paleta and it was creamy and delicious, friendly and attentive staff.

Fresh fruit, real lime juice. Nice staff!Clean inside, nice ambiance.Will go back again

Great place with and super friendly staff. The treats are very very sweet! Will definitely try it again.
