Nothing spectacular about this place. Great cafe for your local businesses that don't want to drive.Varies premade sandwiches. Different food stations - the grill always has your typical burgers. They always have a rotating ethnic food that varies from Chinese Indian Mexican food. There's a pasta station. And a daily special The soup changes each day- clam chowder and most soups are kinda sad. It's so watery. You can either order on the app or at the coffee counter. Yea really unorganized if you order there. You have to give them your ticket to place your order and sometimes you won't know which counter to go to if you're new there. Lunch time the tables get soooo packed and I would go early if you have a group with you. They also close at 2.

Convenient cafeteria food (breakfast and lunch) with different choices of cuisine and a nice salad bar before COVID hit. After COVID, preordering is done through their app. This cafeteria serves the businesses housed in the Gateway office buildings nearby. Staff are friendly for cafeteria style service and it can get quite busy during the lunch hour. Interior is clean and spacious and so is the bathroom on the first floor. Of course you can find better food at a restaurant but this is convenient if you work nearby and don't feel like driving.

Once a month I enjoy their Filipino style BBQ chicken with garlic rice, fried egg and a tomato jalapeno salad. The garlic rice and BBQ chicken are devine. The tomato salad complements the meal. Cost is $8.25 (at least today). Their prices have been increasing while the quantity of food has decreased. But once a month, this visit is worth it.

Sometimes too salty, other times not quite seasoned, but typically okay. Today - I ordered chicken pasta (made from the grill), i think they used all thigh meat in the pasta, I mean the whole thigh. The taste was good but just disappointed in the use of dark meat in pasta, at least mix it with white meat for better quality.

meh. More than $10 for most entrees. Burgers are prepared in advance and slapped on the grill to warm up.The bibimbap is OK... you're better off going out to one of the Korean restaurants in the area.Hard to justify coming back here unless it's for a work function. There are big tables and many different food selections but I've never really been or seen anyone be happy with their choices.Service is OK, I guess.

I like the Gateway cafe because it's very convenient, the food is good and the price is cheaper than most places in the area. I feel like Dave (the manager) is doing a great job making sure the weekly menu is rotated and gets creative with the exhibition cooking and guest chefs. I don't believe I have ever had the same item twice here. There's definitely a variety of food for everyone. We have catered breakfasts and lunches at the cafe every month. They serve really good food here and it's great if you're in a hurry. The closest restaurant or strip mall is at least a 5-10 minute drive away and that's if you own a car. Many people that work here do not. They recently upgraded their wifi in the south building. Free wifi is another great perk here.

From all the "corporate"cafes I've been able to eat at in my career, I would rank Gateway cafe amongst the better ones. The price is fair, and they do have a great variety of food every week. A dish rarely repeats every week. My favorite so far is the Vietnamese beef stew with brown rice. The salad bar also has a great selection of items. From roasted vegetables, side salads to cage free eggs, there are many things that can put you over $10 mark once you weigh the sucker. One of the best things I had from the grill was the turkey burger with brie. That was great! The fresh made pizzas are also yummy. The variety they offer and decent prices prevents me from leaving work. I do thitnk the soups are on the pricier side though, at $2.75 for a small. Then again, I got used to my last corporate cafe offering soup for $1, so my vision of price may be distorted,

It's the corporate cafe for my company so I can here for convenience. And really for convenience only. The food is ok, but I've begun to get bored of it in the past few months and have found myself driving to nearby restaurants for lunch instead. Despite the constantly changing menu, the food always tastes the same. Eventually, the taste buds grow tiresome and the eyes begin wandering for new lunch venues to calm that afternoon hunger. The breakfast food is pretty good though. I love the breakfast burritos. And apparently they offer dinner now, though I have yet to try.

I come here for the breakfast special almost everytime I'm working in the Newark office. They have a great selection for breakfast and freshly brewed coffee to help jump start your work day! Leo is the man when it comes to making your breakfast, he gets an A++ for service, quality and friendliness! Lunch time has a plethora of food choices which makes it hard to get tired of the place. There's always something new and exciting on the menu with plenty of seating indoors and out. All in all, the service is great, the quality is superb and it is conveniently located in the middle of the campus. Forgot to mention that they also have a great gym upstairs where you can get your fitness on!

I just had the worst burger of my life today. (PCR Gateway Cafe, Breakfast and Lunch Grill, Flame). There were small hard pieces (like bones) in the burger! Sooo many of them. I went to them and told them about the issue. They said we buy the patties and have no control over them (what?!). No action was taken from their side.
