Best dim sum in the East Bay. We always come here since it's convenient and tasty. Their dinner is good too but I prefer their dim sum. You always kinda have to wave down someone for any kind of service. But you kinda come to these restaurants for their food. We always get the following:- Ha gow - ****- shui mai - *****- cheurn fun - ****- lo mai gai - ****- piggy buns - *****- suckling pig appetizer - ****- chicken feet - ****Parking is ample and I recommend coming early if you don't want to wait too long.

My family of 6 came here last Sunday morning. The first weekend of CNY. Wow was it packed! We arrived at 9:50am. Opening is at 10am and there was a HUGE line out the door. As I was walking up, a gentleman was running to get in line. A female from the left saw him running so she started running too. I was afraid we were not going to get seated during the first round, but we did! The restaurant is very big! They have a second room to the right with not as nice decor as the main room, but that is okay. The entire restaurant was became fully packed with hungry asians and there were still people outside waiting. For how busy it was, service was great!! We marked what we wanted and gave the order slip to a waiter. We got tea quickly. I saw them refilling our tea several times. We NEVER had to ask. We were SHOCKED with how quickly the food came out. The chefs must have came super early and they were well prepared with the mad rush of people. The food was nice and hot and fresh. Did not miss out on the quality on majority of the items. I really enjoyed the black peppers spare ribs (not a usual item at dimsum places). Of course I liked my rice noodles with beef and shrimp, shrimp dumplings, pork dumplings, chicken feet. We ordered two different cow intestines and they had a really nice presentation with the Ying and Yang dishes. My brother said the taste of one of them was only okay though. Pricing of the dishes were a bit more expensive than usual dimsum places. This was my first time eating here, but I would definitely come back. I am still impressed with their service on such a busy day. They were all so friendly too and did not show their stress. When we left at 11:40am, the lobby was packed and a lot of people outside as well waiting for a table.

If you come here on a weekend for lunch, be prepared to wait a while! The dim sum at lunch and the plates at dinner are all good. I don't think I've had a dish I don't like here. More recently, I went here for dinner and the beef short rib is a giant rib with a delicious sauce. It's pricey but delicious! The double egg fried rice is one of my fave dishes here. It has salted fish and it's so good. The restaurant's homemade chili sauce (they sell it in jars labeled as XO sauce) mixed with the fried rice is so good. Their homemade sauce has a little bit of fermented bean flavor which makes it unique and the spice level is not too hot.Service is very quick.

Fusion Delight will have all your dim sum staples at a decent price for the area (good value!). Highlights include the duck, which was juicy and flavorful. We arrived at the tail-end of the brunch hour and left feeling very full. 3.5/5 for value of dine-in dim sum in the area. Food (3/5). The rest of what we ordered was either as we'd expect from other local dim sum/takeout box restaurants or less flavorful than hoped (particularly the spare ribs). Service (3/5). Food came out quickly, but we found ourselves asking for basic items that should have otherwise been provided with each dish or already at the table (standard at other dim sum restaurants, big or small). The taro cake arrived without sauce, and no spoons were provided for the fried rice nor the xiao long bao. It was likely a busy morning, but the staff member who serviced us the most seemed to ignore us a couple times before someone else would assist. Otherwise, it's a large establishment that can accommodate large parties easily. They do not take reservations for parties fewer than 8. Seems like the wait times can get long, as I called in and was told to expect a 50-minute wait around 1PM on a Saturday only to find out that we were the next party to be seated within 10 minutes upon arrival. Almost turned around due to the phone call alone, but at the end, I do not regret sticking around.

We reserved two tables and ordered from their party menu on Christmas Eve and everything was set up by the time we got there. Service was nice, they poured our soup for us, cleared out dirty plates frequently and brought out drinks and entrees in a timely fashion. They would also move the big plates of food into smaller plates to fit new entrees onto our table. The food was also tasty but nothing too special or to die for, my favorite dish was the sashimi platter - I definitely ate the salmon the most as it felt very fresh. The lobster and crab were cooked and seasoned well, I was also able to remove the meat very easily.

Back to update: Tried the lobster sashimi! Unfortunately it wasn't as good as the geoduck, but the presentation was great. I believe the wonder actually came out with the raw lobster in hand to show us the sheer size of it - Amusing. When we came, there were not one, but two wedding parties going on. They still seated us and the rest of the restaurant was actually packed (and we came earlier at around 5pm.) The slideshow from one of the weddings actually showed from the TV near us, and every other casual diner was looking as well. Good to know they host such big events, and even two at the same time!As expected, lobster was priceyyyyy. But, it was better cooked here than raw. The sashimi just didn't have a lot of actual flavor to it, just texture.Duck tongue: 5/5 Just one of our faves! Tasty and loved the crunch.Lobster Noodles: 4/5, good but when it was taken home, I threw it on the pan with some butter and garlic just for some extra flavor. Lobster was still yummy the day after!Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs (?): 4/5 good but filling for sure. Ate like 3 of these and they're huge. Service was still up to par. Quick and attentive even with how many customers there were. Still, try to make a reservation, even if there are no weddings planned.

We ordered a variety of dim sum dishes, congee with Chinese doughnut, short ribs, and No Mai Gai, and every single item exceeded expectations. The dim sum came out fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor - truly some of the best I've had in the East Bay.The congee was perfectly smooth and comforting, complemented by the crispy Chinese doughnut for the ultimate texture contrast. The short ribs were tender and deliciously marinated, and the No Mai Gai (sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves) was just the right balance of savory and fragrant. The service was speedy; the food came out quick! The place was full but that adds to a great dim sum experience!

The food here is phenomenal! A standout was the CRISPY RICE NOODLE ROLL! The name doesn't do it justice, it's a tempura shrimp, wrapped in colored rice dough, then drizzled with a peanut sauce... it's an 11/10 (aka a must order)But pretty much everything is tasty and made fresh to order. The downsides are that the service is very mediocre and the tea isn't that great... it's also very loud in here. But honestly the unique take they have on their dim sum and chinese dishes is more than worth it!This is a new goto for me!Be prepared to wait ~30min for a spot. While waiting, you can grab a menu and get your order ready so once you're seated, you can put in your order.

I don't quite understand their sub-3 average rating, but I rate the food here 5-stars hands down. I've come for dim sum a few times with family and they've consistently been one of the better dim sum places in the Bay, and at a reasonable price for being the Bay. The dim sum is fresh (hot coming out) and authentic; the chef's specials are also pretty good. I loved the braised eggplant dish, the best I've had! Service is pretty typical for a Chinese restaurant, and I care a lot more about the food than I do for service typically.

Get there super early on the weekend. They open at 10 but people always in line prior. I got there 1010 and had to wait 40 min. The place is really large for gathering and can host events like birthday and wedding- which they did had after we left. We ordered way too much food to be honest lol. The good: most of the dishes with a few exceptions The bad: the spring roll, chicken feet, tripe. Also the seafood wasn't that great despite they have live fish in tanks.
