Fuegos Pizzeria

The cutest little trolley serving delicious pizza. When I heard Fuegos had arrived in town, I was on the hunt. After an afternoon walk at the Vallejo Marina, I spotted the adorable pizza oven on wheels. As I approached the window to order, I was greeted by the friendly gentleman who offered menu suggestions and patiently answered all questions. The chicken Alfredo pizza is delicious, and don't forget to add the pesto drizzle! Their Italian sodas with added cream are also super tasty. If you can find them, definitely give them a try.This leads to my only con. They're a bit difficult to find. You have to follow their social media to know where they will be and they don't seem to start serving until 5 or 6pm. It would be nice to have access earlier in the day. I understand they are new, so I will give them some grace and I will be on the lookout for the next location!

DoorDash messed up on delivery and fuego went out of the way to make it right. Service, quality and customer service were outstanding. The pizzas were amazing! Thank you

We ordered a deep dish chicken alfredo and a round pepperoni. We were really looking forward to a nice bubbly woodfired crust. We didn't get that from this place. I honestly wouldn't have guessed it was actually woodfired. It was missing the nice crisp exterior and was more doughy than anything else, especially the deep dish. They should consider doing a completely different dough for the deep dish, something more like focaccia. I'm just gonna say that in general the dough is not good. It should be reworked and maybe allowed to proof for a few days to give it more character. I eat pizza all of the time and was hoping I'd found a new weekly order place. I hope they work on better dough.

Finally real good made from scratch pizza. I wish they would open a brick and mortar spot also.

First time tried they closed early cuz ran out of pizza. Ordered again when they were down by Ferry station and Pizza was burnt crust and wrong kind. Had high hopes for Fuegos due to good reviews, but even tho Sammi said he' give me a free slice next time doubt I will return. probably sticking with my old standby over on Tennessee

Just tried pizza, not good at all. Little Ceasars is better. When I walked up to "cool trolly truck" I looked inside front window hella crap piled on top of each other. Giving me first sign of chaos and poor management. Pizza guy at window didn't have correct change so I told him he could keep it. Pizza guy said peppers and cheese were in box. In the car I opened box and found one cheese packet and one pepper packet thrown on top of hot pizza melting into pie. Not cool in so many ways. Pizza looked so wrong not the fire oven I imagined. Crust doughy almost like bubble gum.Sauce without taste. Zero. Chef Boyardee pizza sauce ? Great value ?Hunts, pizza catsup?Cheese just not good. Kinda cool box it was served in. Truck kinda cool from outside. Really wish they would have put some effort into their food and service.

My wife and I had them at our daughters Quince, they were an absolute hit! The pizza was amazing, the service was top notch. and the presence of the trolley, I can't even tell you how captivated people were with this experience. nothing but rave reviews for every aspect of Fuegos. My personal favorite is the Pepperoni with Hot Honey and Ricotta. If you are thinking about trying it, do it. It will be in regular rotation.

Top tier food truck experience Hard to pass up a cable car with an oven on the back lol. Fuego's Pizzeria treats you like family from the time I ordered to when they passed my food through the window. Gotta love the quick turnaround time from start to finish. A+ menu and my meal was so good that I'm sure to be back next week. Alfredo pizza and cream soda I'll be back sooooon

Finally, some real authentic Italian pizza! Been coming here for weeks now. Hands down best pizza spot in town. The chicken Alfredo pizza is the best.

Amazing Pizza! I placed an online order and for whatever reason the system unbeknownst to me placed it for a few days in the future. I showed up to pick up the pizza to find the truck was closed as they had just worked a private event and my order was not for the day I tried to pick it up anyhow. JP in the truck went above and beyond and reopened the truck just for me, made me my pizza and delivered with authentic quality ingredients and food! I will definitely be returning for such amazing service and pizza!
