It was a hairy situation, not once but twice in my onion rings! I was shocked, as I was chowing down yesterday on my fried yummy goodness. They so graciously replaced my food, then as I was eating them again I found another hair.By this time I was disgusted, but still wanted onion rings.So I went a third time and said, "Listen this is pretty fucking gross, would you want to eat this, I know it's personally not your fault, but the person preparing my food back there, needs to be wearing a hairnet or a hat, so this doesn't happen." So they fixed it for a third time. This time before taking a bite I took out each individual onion ring and inspected the box and each piece. Thank goodness, no human DNA was included in this batch of my fried delicacy!This is the first time I've had this issue here, but hey this shouldn't ever happen to me or anyone else. Hence the low rating!I'll be back, like the Terminator said; hopefully this time hold the hair and get the onion rings, without any extra toppings!

Yum!! Got the oreo milk tea at 50% sweetness and it was perfect. Tea flavor was present for both drinks. The chai milk tea drink tasted like fall and it was so good! The only thing was the caramel syrup at the bottom that was a bit overwhelming- just mix it up all the way before drinking it lol

Order was a bit different because we ordered drinks at the kiosk and the popcorn chicken at the counter. Place is nice inside and nice quiet music. Prices are similar to other tea shops. The cashier was nice and polite. Drinks are good. Just wished they'd cooked the popcorn chicken with chili already instead of having for us to add it.

I've always liked Feng Cha's teas and milk foams, and that you can create your own combos. My go-to is jasmine green tea with matcha milk foam and it never disappoints. The matcha foam is creamy with good matcha flavor (could probably use more matcha though), and the jasmine green tea is always floral and refreshing.Quick and friendly service at this location. There's a decent amount of seating and parking in the plaza.

I got the Taro Chocolate cake. The cake came out within 5 minutes. It was a bit sweet and tasted like taro. The small chocolate bits were nice to chew on. If you have a sweet tooth, you would like this. I overall liked it but wouldn't get it again. This place has really good lighting. I pole the simplistic decor. Definitely a great place to hang out with friends, family, or even dates. There's a lot of parking outside if you don't go during peak hours.

In a high traffic plaza with usual boba/cafe vibes and expected service. Decent amount of seating and little wait as there was a good amount of people.Pictured: matcha breeze. Requested 50% sweetness but still a bit too sweet for my liking. I would recommend going at least that or lower if you prefer a less sweet drink. The drink itself was an enjoyable texture being very creamy and not too thick. Can taste the matcha notes but not as strong as I would've liked given the amount of cream involved. Definitely a better than average boba shop that does a matcha blend good. 7.5/10 will come here occasionally!

Tried the Classic Milk Tea. Good ratio of tea and milk l, made a smooth tea flavor. Tea was not overpowering the milk even at 25% sugar. Tried the Tiramisu Milk foam cake. Fluffy light chiffon style cake. Very light tiramisu/coffee flavor. Was expecting a stronger coffee taste but perhaps that's why it's called "foam", it only has the essence vs full flavor. I like the crunch from the little malt chocolate balls sprinkled on top. Very pretty dining area. I like the simple but elegant decor. Very nice staff. They were getting ready to close and only had less than 10 min to closing time but they still took all our orders and didn't show any frustration. Two more groups came in after us and they filled all their orders too without making anyone feel like a burden. Great customer service.

This place is modern and spacious, with plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate both small and large groups. I went up to the counter, greeted the person, and ordered my drink, all without being greeted back. I got the bursting dragon fruit with sparkling water as an alternative instead of tea. The drink barely had any dragon fruit taste and tasted more like sparkling water. They have food here - cakes and snacks. I would want to come back to try one of their milk foam cakes.

This Feng Cha location is a popular place to grab drinks and sit down with groups friends because of the bountiful seating available. Personally I don't think the drinks are a standout however they're decent and sometimes all you need is a place to go after dinner to chat and hang out.Pros- Large seating area perfect as a place to sit down and chat with friends- The cashier that took my order was very friendly- There are snack options like fries, popcorn chicken, and more- Plenty of parkingCons- The drinks are fine but not outstanding, I've been here three times and haven't found a drink that I really enjoy. This visit I ordered the Purple rain which is a grape drink with real grapes however the flavor was very light
