The food was really good!!! Best BBQ i've had so far, meat was juicy and the sauce was bomb. The mild was more medium to me, but nonetheless it was good.

This location used to be The Best Out of All of them. NO LONGER TRUE!!!Ordered a brisket lunch $22.04 total including $2 tip. Quantity: 0/5 1 small scoop of potato salad , 2 slices of damp wheat bread and a few paper thin slices of brisket !!!! this couldn't even satisfy my 7 year old nephew Quality : 2/5Potato salad was all mayo ... nastyBread was damp ???Brisket was dry ah like either it's a day old or over cooked. . Tough to chew horrible!!!!!Only thing good is the sauceService was good. Nice folks

Their links are so good I have decided they are definitely 5 star. Even if I did not have my own transportation to pick up the links I would take public transportation to satisfy my taste for them

They ran out of green beans. Last time they ran out of pork ribs. Pork ribs are over cooked, dry, and leathery. This time, I had diarrhea one hour after eating their food. I had ordered pork rib dinner with Mac n cheese and potato salad. The place looked like it was being taken down. Rugs rolled up, tv turned off, juke box moved, garbage can on the counter.

35.28 for a 2 way of brisket and links. Good quality. I was a long time customer of KC BBQ.The macaroni and cheese was fine. Not many bbq options I'm familiar with near Berkeley. I will return.

I was looking for I descent bbq spot where I live, so I went to everest $jones in Berkeley, ca 40 minutes.away I ordered to go and got back home to watch kc chiefs vs Cincinnati beangals game and this is what I got. So disappointed I called to let know them know that &chesse had no cheese. And I will be returning next week and except a full cash return plus the ribs still had the vein on the back .look at this mess.

Sooooooo goooooood! Today I had the 2-way with ribs & brisket -medium sauce- potato salad and green beans. They still give slices of soft bread (2 with this meal). That sauce is still my all time favorite - perfect smoky spicy slightly sweet balance. Counter service was super friendly and efficient, and no line on a Monday afternoon. Still a great value for the excellence of the cook, the high quality and quantity of meat. Right amount of bark, meat still juicy. Ribs are so meaty and there's a lot of brisket there - I'll get four meals out of it! I only wish they hadn't run out of cobbler, but I'll get in earlier next time.

Everything changes when the original owner is gone....this used to be a DELICIOUS bbq place, but now it's a hit and miss and EXPENSIVE! When you get the tough bbq, it's a waste of a lot of money! Has happened to many times now, so no more for me

Got the 1 slab of ribs & an order of brisket and it's the WORST BBQ I had in awhile. Straight garbage. DEFINITELY never this place again

Everett & Jones has really fallen off. When I got home to eat my rib sandwich it was all fat...really? Although they have better packaging and bbq sauce is on the side instead of your bag their meat is no longer lean just fat with no flavor and very expensive! Never again just bbq myself!! Ugh
