I'm impressed that someone actually improved the breakfast sandwich. The basic egg, sausage, and cheese sandwich got a promotion to Egg, Spicy Sausage, Cheddar Cheese, Aioli on a Brioche Bun. The result is a delicious sandwich. Delivered fresh and still warm from Eggwich's cloud kitchen at the Oakland Food Hall, aka "Jingletown Eats." I'm not really sure what makes this sandwich so much better. Perhaps it's the spicy sausage and the garlic flavor from the Aioli. Together with satisfying blanket of egg and cheese. All together on a Brioche Bun.All I know is it's a good breakfast sandwich!
