E-Z Liquors 2

E-Z Liquors 2 is a pretty cool local liquor spot. They've got a fair amount of craft beer and soda (including Alameda Island!), and the prices are right.It feels a bit cramped, and they don't have the biggest selection around, but definitely a great spot to go to if you're in Alameda.

Best customer service ever..great . Zs my favorite liquor store. A any brand any type all kinds of alcohol candy food chips t-shirts paper towels anything you might need is there a Zs, you won't be disappointed!!

E-Z Liquors is one of the best and honest convenience spots to go to. Every time I visit the Bay Area, and I need something quick to eat or drink, this is the spot to go to. The man at the counter is awesome as well. Very welcoming and converses with whoever enters! Also, they are on Door Dash, which is a plus if you can't make it to their store. If you need a quick place to stop and grab something fast, this is the place!!

The mega jackpot is huge, as in $262 million.This liquor store has a large selection of wines, beer and alcohol, which is decent. However, I am not one to imbibe too much on alcoholic beverages. I believe over half of E Z Liquors 2 space is filled with liquor on the shelves, the aisles and the refrigerators. The store also has an assortment of snacks - chips, candy, cupcakes, etc. If one has the "munchy" from doing some MJ smoking, hey, this is the place to get snacks. Not to say that I engage in that type of activity of smoking a "blunt", but still the choices of snacks they have available are good.I would have given this store a four star rating, but the man/cashier behind the counter was not personable and friendly. Ding, minus 1 star. The only time he said anything to me was telling me the cost of three Mega tickets and three bags of snacks. He did not bother to ask me if I needed a plastic bag for my items. He was very helpful to the gentleman in front of me and offered him a bag for his bottle of booze. However, nada, zilch, no eye contact after I told him to have a nice day. I don't believe I even heard him say thank you after my purchase. Sheesh! Is it because I did not spend enough in the store? Or is it because of a gender issue, being that I am a woman? Such a disdainful attitude that I received from him that I might and/or might not step into this liquor store. How stoic can one be with a scowl on one's face?The only redeeming factor of this liquor store was they had my favorite snack - bags of assorted flavored Bugles - which I cannot find in supermarkets such as Safeway, Nob Hill Foods, Lucky, Grocery Outlet. Besides the original flavor Bugles, they carry nacho, ranch, barbecue and caramel flavors. It goes to say that variety is a spice of life, but I certainly wasn't feeling it with the unfriendly cashier.

Great selection! I got a really good brandy for a surprisingly low price. Will definitely be coming back!

Very conveniently located from our agit.. Gentlemen working there are super friendly.. don't expect a SAFEWAY price tag however it all evens out because I can see the store from my house..

Was pleasantly surprised that they had exactly what I needed in stock after my two previous suppliers failed me. It is called Ancho Reyes Mexican chili liqueur. Delicious and spicy in a margarita with traditional tequila or mezcal.Cashier was super-friendly and I'd definitely go again when I run out of margarita supplies.

CHEAT!!!! Be EXTREEMLY CAREFUL. I paid for an item with cash and was given only bills, no change, when questioned, the cashier man said he gave me all the bills, all the due back,nothing more. I asked for receipt, refused to provide one. I asked to cancel sale and get money back, he said all sales final. WARCH OUT

For once, a liquor store that serves the community rather than mooches off of it.I've been incredibly impressed with this liquor store. People from all walks of life and all parts of the neighborhood come to do business here. Whether it's the person who buys a tall can of beer and a lottery ticket, or a high-end spirits buyer like myself, Zee and his nephew work hard to satisfy their customers. Their customer service is excellent, their prices are extremely fair, and their selection is excellent as well. I live in Oakland, but I regularly make the trip to Alameda just to do business here.Keep up the good work. It certainly seems like the neighborhood appreciates you.
