Double Rainbow Ice Cream is a cloud kitchen inside the Oakland Food Hall in East Oakland. This location is not a cafe or ice cream shop, it appears to only offer it's most popular flavors. I saw that they offered two flavors I like, so I ordered: "It's A Goody" and "Chocolate and Vanilla Malt Frozen Custard." Both pints have that silky smooth creamiest of real ice cream. So, no problem with the product.There was a delay getting the order out to the Seamless/Grubhub driver of over 30-mins. Now I assume the ice cream is pre-packed. So where is the delay? The driver told me they took a longtime to get the orders out.
