DOG is a food truck selling only hot dogs & sausages. they are outside Gilman's brewing on saturdays.offerings: hot dogs, sausages, snacks, beverageseats: bratwurst sausage (7) brown mustard, onions, relish-good sized sausage. didn't taste very juicy, slightly dry-toppings and bun were suberb as was the service.

OMG!!! The best hot dogs EVER!!! The homemade buns are to die for!!! Pair it with a beer flight from Gilman's brewing company which is just steps away, and you got the perfect lunch, especially if you are on the go!

We stopped by Gilman's after a hike and we got Dog's for lunch. That chili cheese dog hit like no other - honest to god one of the best chili cheese dog's I've had in my life. Menu was great and food came out by the time I grabbed my beer. If you're craving a chili cheese dog, literally look no further - sometimes I dream about it, and my consumption of hot dogs has increased over the past year because of this food truck.

DOG is a food truck that serves a variety of hotdogs and sausages. I had recently DOG at the Gilman Brewing Company. DOG was on Gilman's schedule and the food was a great choice after some beer.I ordered the Spicy Italian sausage and it was delicious. The casing of the sausage had the perfect snap every time I bit into it. The meat was juicy and well seasoned. The bun was a good balance of soft and flakey. The food cart was clean and fresh. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food took about 15 minutes to prepare, which is not what I was expecting for a hotdog food truck. Nevertheless, the food was worth the wait.If you're out around the Bay Area and happen to see DOG in your neighborhood, I recommend you give it a try!

It was outside Gilman Brewery and I could not say no. I have a weakness for hot dogs, and this truck made me heart and tummy happy. I opted for a classic with light relish and an order of tots, and it was a perfect beer snack with my co-hort.The relish was not too sweet and the onions were cut in small piece that it was in ever little bit. I also smelled butter on the roll, which was not your standard store bough roll and was toasted on both sides. Total come out to $9 and I tip a dollar, so a perfect "budget" meal.Next time I will try the chili dog, or the slaw dog, SO many choices....

Their slaw is amazing, has a little spicy kick to it - not too creamy or vinegary. Ordered the polish sausage with sauerkraut, grilled onions, and brown mustard and it was excellent. Good portion size; the homemade bun complimented everything nicely. I look forward to ordering more items off the menu in the future.

The hot dogs are great at this food truck. A great snap, excellent flavor, and served on a grilled lobster roll. Just wonderful. We also had some chili tots, which are crisp tater tots labeled with Chile con carne, onions, cheese, and sour cream. I did without the dairy and they grilled some peppers for me. Great service

6/30/18I hate to be the first person to give a non-5 star rating but... well, sorry D.O.G. for being the one to ruin your perfect run!Not like what I had sucked. Far from it actually! Loved it... I mean, who wouldn't love a 300+ calorie bag of corn chips (yes, would you believe the most caloric snack I've ever seen is corn chips?--more than potato chips, doritos, cheetos.... oh wait, not cheetos...... hmmm.... nm, back to the subject!) Yeah, who doesn't love a pack of corn chips smothered with chili, cheese, and cream. Come on. Only thing better would be foie gras ice cream! (and believe it or not, I've had that too and it really was frickin' the best ice cream I've ever had.) ....ah these interrupted interjections... okay, so it's a pile of fatty heart attack, and it's beautiful.BUT... it's also pretty damn standard. If you get a "Frito Pie" anywhere else, it's gonna be the same thing. I bought the one with dog pieces for $6 (cause it's a D.O.G. truck) but they also had sausage for $8. And for a hot dog specialty truck, they sure use cheap hot dogs. This totally tasted like the cheapest, skinny bulk hot dogs from the store.Anyway, I only give 3/5 for standard food, no matter how much I love the food because of personal taste.I will note though that the cashier (owner?) is SUPER nice. They were parked outside the Gilman Brewing Company, and I came out needing a snack and she was totally there to serve me smiles with my beer. That's great. I never knew a hot dog could be THIS GOOD. Their fresh-made buns are exceptionally delicious-- warm, fluffy and lightly toasted to perfection. The dogs themselves were juicy and flavorful. We had a regular and a veggie dog and both were awesome. Their crisp, fresh slaw is so good, I'd eat it straight up. They really treat every ingredient with care. We also enjoyed the side of tots + spicy ketchup.
