Instead this is what we got, and it was so dry and most of my guests said it wasn't edible. Save your money and cater elsewhere

I had my wedding here 08-18-18. The staff was amazing. I was very disappointed in our food. We had delta breeze cater our food and I kept hearing bad reviews so I requested a food tasting to make sure the food was good. The chicken was huge and juicy! Unfortunately what we got on our wedding day looked like a pigeon wing and was so dry it had a powdery texture. I was so mad because the food tasting was amazing... not worth $20 a plate especially when your guests tell you the chicken wasn't edible so $20+ for mash potatoes and broccoli is a rip off. The kids chicken nuggets were juicier than our plate. They also never came back to refill our water after dinner so everyone is thirsty and had to BUY water bottles ...I'll post the pictures of what we were suppose to get as a dinner and what we actually got.

Was here for a wedding. I was at the corner table and was getting skipped over by the service on various things. They poured apple cider to everyone except me and my wife, I think they ran out and never came back. How do you run out of apple cider? Our table didn't even have champagne flutes.

My wedding reception was held at The Delta Breeze Club on August 20th, 2016. The process of obtaining all details was very prompt and thorough. We also utilized their catering services and all of our guests enjoyed the food. I appreciated how private our event felt. Parking was great and having our event on the base eliminated the possibility of wedding crashers (people who don't RSVP) since you need to have your military sponsor submit your guest list for clearance and access on base. I worked with Kael and he was very helpful. We had pay as you go bar which worked out perfect and didn't have to worry about clean up. I would say overall, my experience was smooth sailings. Great place to hold any party and unbeatable prices on catering!

We were invited to the Club for Sunday brunch by one of my wife's colleagues who is on active duty at Travis. We had a wonderful time chatting with veterans and the base commander's wife. The buffet included all the champagne you could drink and the very nice servers kept it flowing! The food was a little disappointing though, just typical fare. Prime rib (dry), bacon, sausage, waffles, various salads and fresh fruit, fried fish, beef stroganoff, you get the picture! Nothing was bad, but nothing grabbed me either. To be honest, my favorite was the bacon and grits!!!! The price was $16 plus optional gratuity. Given the average quality of the food this might have been a tad on the high side. The facility was average as well, think conference room at an older Marriott. Food presentation was average but the service was good - very friendly and on top of things but not fawning.I would go again for the company, not the food!

If you're a local, like me, you've been here for the ROTC Ball, cotillions, birthday parties or a wedding. Well I've been here for several of those growing up in Fairfield.First off, its in the Travis Air Force Base (if you don't know) and unless you're in the military (or a military family member), you have to be on the guest list to cross the gate (as a civilian). After that a few turns within the compound and you've arrived. Its a simple complex and a little ordinary in the inside. There's a regular bar in there (that the airmen frequent) along with a mix of conference rooms for rent. I've been in here where the largest space is rented for big cotillions and the ROTC ball. But I've also been in smaller rooms for a wedding and then a medium sized room that accommodates 100 people for a reception.Like any other place you can arrange your vendors to come in. The Delta Breeze staff is pretty helpful and friendly. Nice place to throw a party! Plenty of parking!

My wife and I really enjoyed visiting the DBC to watch the Ronda Rousey fight. We're not members but were willing to pay the cover charge to get in. The food was better than expected and the drinks were great. The staff made us feel welcome, mixed some great drinks, and checked in regularly to see how we were doing. A+ Also the service members in attendance were fun to be around. Even though Ronda knocked her opponent out in a few seconds, the hours we spent at the DBC that night made us want to return again. It was a good deal.

Came here for a wedding reception. The facility was old and boring. The food served at the buffet dinner was bland and very ordinary. The well done beef had a tasteless glaze and the chicken breast had a thin, mystery white sauce. The only thing acceptable was the basic salad with balsamic vinaigrette.

Decent food. Slightly rude staff. When I went to pick up an order, I was questioned why I didn't need a drink. Hostile almost. Also, good luck calling in orders 60-90 min before they close, they usually put their phones on hold. Go off base. You'll find better food and a friendlier Staff.
