I ordered Thanksgiving pies this year instead of baking. I am an excellent baker but wanted to try something different this year.I ordered:Sweet potato with gingerApple cranberry and Lemon meringue tartEvery last one of those pies were exceptional. This bakery sweetens without making it syrupy and adds unexpected little twists to standard recipes to make them oh so, delicious!I may rarely bake again!

I am not vegan, so it should be even more shocking that my review is heavily influenced by the vegan brownies. I've come a few times for cheesecake, and it really does not disappoint. I came in last minute on a Saturday to grab a whole cheesecake, and they were able to accommodate me! My cheesecake was covered in caramelized berries, and it was the star of a birthday party. It was pricey ($70) but it's worth every dollar. When you buy cheesecake, you're hoping for a specific creamy tanginess to it, and this cheesecake has it!The vegan brownies... Wow. So moist and soft and chocolately. It was so impressive, and I've gone back for more since then.

9" chicken pot pie needs better cooking instructions. It tasted like a chicken pie should, had large chunks of filling. Cooked at the directed temperature but for 2X longer because at instructed baking time, it was peaked. Yet, the outcome was a cold interior with thin soupy 'gravy'.

These are really good cheesecakes. However, if you can only make it near closing, don't expect a large selection. Small cheesecakes can be shared, however expect to drop 14.00 total on a mini cake. That's pricey, but worth it if you're dying to have some good cheesecake. I haven't had the food, but it's nice to see businesses like this in the neighborhood. Charles is a nice dude as well.

Got a bunch of things to try and everything was great. First, a savory galette with mushrooms that was tasty and filling. Then, a small New York cheesecake that was rich enough to serve four despite its petite size. Really delicious and definitely serves two easily. Finally, an almond croissant and butter pecan croissant for breakfast. The butter pecan was like having pecan pie for breakfast, and who wouldn't love pie for breakfast? The almond croissant had an orange flavor I wasn't expecting, but it was also very good. Will definitely stop in again next time I'm nearby.

They're known for their cheesecakes. And I must say, the reputation is well deserved. Their cheesecakes taste amazing. I've brought this to several gatherings. Party guests always compliment this dessert. It's a must-try.

I came here with 2 other friends to catch up over some pastries. We came Saturday morning around 10:30 and it was pretty empty.Crumble and Whisk offers both breakfast and lunch (think sandwiches, salads, and pot pies), but we were here to try out their pastries. We shared a couple items: the pistachio croissant (seasonal, $7.50), the spice pumpkin loaf (seasonal), the fruit tart ($7), and the banana pudding.Everything was pretty good, with my favorite being the pistachio croissant. The pistachio filling inside was tasty! The fruit tart was okay but it should really be called a lemon tart. I also enjoyed the banana pudding but I did find it a bit on the sweet side. The space itself is small, with some limited bar seating on both sides and two small nooks in the corner for a small group like ours to sit and chat. Most of the customers who came in were just grabbing something to go, so we had the whole place to ourselves for the most part.
