Came here on a weekday and ordered a tres leche Biscoff cake online. We walked in the store and the workers greeted us in. However, one of the workers was a bit rude to us as she told us to move from where we were standing even though we were the only people in the place. We got our order in 5 minutes and left but the store didn't even have napkins or a fork for us to eat the cake with which was very disappointing. The cake was okay. It was moist but a bit watery and spongy which I didn't like. The Biscoff was a nice touch to the cake but the frosting was way too sweet for me (and I like sweet things). I probably won't be getting this item again.

Service is horrible here, no hellos or courtesy; i understand the speed of things but it doesn't take too much to be nice and have good customer service.Eggnog thres leche was so dry...clearly not soaked enough...so much for my 1st time trying crumblThis location needs a deep clean and dusting...for sure needs some love and care. Once again I know the hype makes them busy but good customer service and cleanliness shouldn't be impacted to keep up with sales.

Came here around 8:40pm on a Wednesday and immediately saw four paper signs saying "5 customers in the store at one time!" I was in a group of 4 people and there were already five people inside of the store, so we waited until one of them went outside. All four of us went inside (our mistake) and the employee with clear glasses (and no hat.. isn't that part of their uniform?) immediately shouted from her station "only five people are allowed at a time, only one of you guys can be in here" to us. What happened to "hello"?? We apologized and said we're a group, and she said that two of us can order and the other two have to wait outside. One of my friends and I ordered quickly, and then went to wait outside. When we went outside, we were watching the pickup queue and saw that my friend's name immediately went away after maybe 15 seconds of waiting outside (she ordered one regular size cookie). When my friend went inside to grab her box, the same employee from earlier said to her "next time you come here you need to wait inside," so loud to the point that I could hear her from outside. This rubbed us all the wrong way, because she was the same person that said only five people can be inside at a time???My boyfriend and I then went inside to wait, however there were already four people waiting, two people ordering, and another two that were waiting that came in right behind us..... so ten people in total. So much for the 4(!) signs saying only five customers inside at a time. It was also HOT in the store. No type of AC was running, and there were eight of us waiting that were crammed to the little corner next to the pickup counter. It seemed like the employees weren't even following the queue at that point, since the same rude employee from earlier went up to each of us in line and asked us for our name while her and another employee made our orders one by one. When the rude worker asked for my name, she went to the back to-- I thought-- make ours, however she then came back after a while and asked for two other people's names right behind me. One of them got a 12pack and got his box before mine (I ordered three minis, and two of the three were the same cookie!) The guy with the 12pack was also behind my name in the queue. I also noticed that the store was super dirty. There was a squished cookie and a cherry on the ground where the employees were, and there were chocolate smears on the pickup counter. After I finally got my order, the employee (a different one from before) did the usual "does everything look correct?" with the box open but then closed the box before she even finished her sentence. Like girl what was the point of even asking... whateverAfter I finally got my box my friends and I talked outside for maybe two minutes and then I didn't get a good look at my cookies until I was in the car. Why were my chilled cookies melted and the warm cookie was cold......... I was reading the yelp reviews of this place on the way home and it looks like it's a legit problem with this store, especially around closing time and with cherry picking orders like another reviewer said. I've only gotten cookies from this place once before, but it seems like this place is unreliable and unprofessional that I prefer to go to the Foster City or Dublin locations that I always have a good experience at. Also, apparently their mobile orders don't work, and it is the customer's chore to deal with it??? I feel like that feature should be disabled on the app because I'd also find it frustrating had I ordered online, since I do that often when I grab crumbl.BOOOOOO

Such horrible customer service. I was standing there for 30 MIN only for the employees to ignore me and then finally tell me to wait until they call my name out. They didn't ask for any information or anything and my 1 cookie had been literally sitting there the entire time rip. So mad that I wasted my time.

I hate that I didn't get her name. I stopped in for a birthday treat. I was so confused trying to find and use my coupon. I was new to the app. The young lady came over to assist me. She was polite and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing where to find my coupon. Lol. I asked her opinion and she recommended the cheesecake. I was skeptical. They are a cookie place after all. THE CHEESECAKE WAS SCRUMPTIOUS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I will be back!

Cookies are delicious. Very quick in and out. The place is very bright just enough room for two checkoutsand counter. They may have been doing some training the day I was there. I was not greeted when I came in the door, but after my order was placed, the lady was very friendly maybe because I left a tip.

What a HORRIBLE experience!I did a curbside order, there were no available curbside parking spots so I had to come inside. (Not a big deal, I know it isn't anyone's' fault).I had 2 orders that were for 5:20 and 5:30 and I arrived at 5:30. I stepped inside and was completely ignored and disregarded. I was the only person in the store so it's not like they were busy. They were more concerned with training employees than helping the only customer in the shop. I was trying to not be a "Karen" and be patient but after 10 minutes of waiting and being ignored, I spoke up. I started to say Hello - I have a curbside order .. before I could finish my sentence I was interrupted and the employee started to rudely tell me to park in one of the curbside spots and turn on my hazard lights. Once she finished I let her know that I wasn't able to park there because all of the parking spots were full. She then made a face. Curbside service is pretty self explanatory, the way she went about it was super condescending and rude. She then asked for my name which I then provided and since the cookies weren't ready I had to wait additional time for them to be prepared. It was almost 6:00 when my cookies were finally ready. They placed the boxes on the pick up counter, stated the cookie flavors and walked away. The boxes of cookies were left wide open so I had to close them myself. Again, not a big deal but it was just the icing on the cake to the horrible experience. Greeting/not ignoring customers, being friendly and hospitable in a nearly empty shop doesn't seem like too much to ask for. Cookies tasted good.

This location seems a bit strange compared to the other crumbls I've been to. They heavily regulate how many people come inside. And then the organization of how they distribute the orders doesn't make sense. They don't allow you skip the line to pick up if you ordered online. That didn't apply to me this time but I'd be annoyed if I did. They kinda squished us all to one corner to wait for our orders since the inside is so small. Seems like this location could be more efficient. I'd only stop by next time if I saw it wasn't busy.
