Crumbl - Berkeley

What I expected honestly...cookies were very big and dense so I would definitely split one with a friend. Also they were sold out of a couple of flavors, which not sure if it was because I came too late in the day, but I wasn't able to try the weekly flavor i wanted. Overall maybe not for me, but service was speedy & cookies were what I expected (nothing too special)

God awful cookies. Did I catch Crumbl on a couple bad days each time I've been, or are their cookies just not good? Every single cookie here tastes overwhelmingly like it still has uncooked baking soda, so maybe the only way to go is to get the extremely sweet creations of the day just to cover up the nasty taste. But with just one bite of those even a hypoglycemic person will be able to walk all the way to Florida.

These cookies are so good. They have that cake like consistency that I love. They are really big too like you can prob share a cookie with someone. My favorite flavors were the sugar cookies, and the raspberry shortbread cookie. The chocolate chip had really huge chunks that I just didn't love. I usually get these delivered so I can't really speak to ambiance. But the service is good.

Ordered via Crumbl app set of three minis. When I arrived, they were not ready. I waited like 15 minutes just to be asked what I wanted. I told her I was there to pick up my order. She proceeded to make them , came back two minutes later told me one of the two skillet cookies I ordered was not available so I had to choose another one in which they had two options. The two options were animal cookie, and peach cobbler. I chose the peach cobbler another five minutes passed I took my box which she gave to me "unopened" and just left. After driving home, I looked in the box and saw my cookies. The peach cobbler one was completely saturated with icing you couldn't even see the cookie you couldn't pick it up was a complete mess skillet cookie tasted good, but then, as you began to chew it, it was almost like dough underbaked very underbaked. The good cookie was the milk chocolate chip.

Opening day at Crumbl today! My colleague and I decided to have cookies for breakfast so we were excited - and it delivered! There were a lot of staff (maybe 18) this day and I guess they way they work is they have a rotating weekly menu that they sell from. We decided to try - Peanut Butter Munch, Oatmeal Mallow Sandwich, Semi Chocolate Chunk, and Chocolate Green Mint. All were thick, soft, and best of all lots of toppings - including icing (the best part!).There aren't seating to eat inside, but it's pretty warm inside so I wouldn't recommend it anyway. Oh, they were also doing a raffle (for more cookies?) so that might be their opening promo.Hope it's here to stay!

The cookie flavors never disappoint! Fortunately I've had only one bad in-store experience out of the maybe 20 visits I've made often buying the cookies to try or gift out! Once I'd arrived 2min early before the store opened to pickup my order and was told very rudely and dry to step out and as they weren't open yet. I looked up surprised as the door was certainly open and 2 min? Cmmon. Luckily the cookies outweigh that mornings unfriendlyness. Thank you Crumbl!

Chocolate chip was phenomenal. Mint chip was great as well 3rd best, 4th is the oatmeal marshmallow, but I will give that another try after I heat it up. The #1 is the Apple strudel, orgasmic one might say the way it had me moaning. The service was very good and store is very clean, although a bit too sterile of a feel for my liking. Highlight was when they opened the box and asked "are the cookies to your liking."

I came after work early evening and they didn't have all the selection I wanted, but they had a few that I still liked. I also liked seeing the pictures on the kiosk to order. The service was fast and cookies fabulous!

The cookies are amazing and some are the best i've ever had. The pink velvet cookie is definitely the best one, and I highly recommend.

Listen, if I'm writing this, it's because the service and quality were straight trash. I pulled up the day before Thanksgiving to grab my order: two Oreo cream pies, a Key Lime pie, and a pecan pie I placed through the app.First off, one of the employees had a whole attitude, but I let it slide. People have bad days, right? But then I see them opening boxes for other customers, showing them their orders, making sure everything looks good. When it's my turn, they just toss me closed boxes and keep it moving.Something told me to check the boxes before I left, and sure enough, the Oreo pies were all wrong. Barely any Oreo, just whipped cream. I've had these from Vacaville and Concord, so I know what they're supposed to look like. When I went back to point it out, the worker tried to gaslight me, saying, "That's how they're made." Nah, stop playing.Then I asked for a refund, and the energy got worse. They hit me with, "You have to email the owner; we can't do refunds here." Make that make sense.Bottom line: this spot ain't it. Poor service, lazy prep, and bad attitudes. I'll stick to Vacaville or Concord--they know how to treat people and get it right.I feel real sorry for the students of Cal Berkeley the fact that you go spend your money on this location is a tragedy
