Crow Canyon Park and Hall

We had a couple company picnics here over the years and have loved the look and feel of the area so much that we finally tied the knot and got married in their beautiful banquet hall. They helped us with the catering and hiring the band and more. We had so much fun and all of our friends really enjoyed being there. There was plenty of space and great photo locations in the wooded setting. Alan was more than accommodating to ensure we had what we needed and were not rushed through this special day. We really appreciated the time we spent at Crow Canyon for our wedding and look forward to coming back someday. Thank you!

For your own sake, please do NOT use this business to plan a company picnic!!! Even though the park manager was a nice guy, the incompetence of the company drove my picnic planning team crazy! List of things that were horrible:1. They have no email account2. You can only call them on their cell3. Contracts were handwritten with spelling errors and numbers were off by over a thousand dollars (the manager claimed none of the 3 calculators he had worked)4. I had to fax everything over because they have no email and they had to be standing right next to the fax machine in order to receive and many faxes did not go through5. The finance person called me to yell at the top of her lungs at me because we had rewrite the contract (we typed it up so WE could have our legal counsel approve it) and in the contract was organic food which was agreed to by the park manager but apparently they don't do organic food because they claim it's ridiculous to pay that much money for it!! She also demanded we pay for half the cost but would not give us a quote for organic food. Didn't make any sense at all! She called me unprofessional and started telling me how long she'd been planning picnics forever and nobody asks for organic foor and is so demanding.6. We ended up having to pay for food trucks to come in at the last minute because we could not get them to send us the cost of the organic food they said they could make for us.7. They said facepainting and balloon makers were included. When we arrived, the manager was trying to teach someone how to make a balloon animal and failed to do so. We skipped that pretty quickly8. The place where they served drinks and ice-creams smelled like something had died and also a horrible moldy smell was present and very very unpleasant9. They grounds were not kept up and had dog manuer everywhere as well as dead rats which some children of our employees found and reported to us.That's the short list. It was very very frustrating working with them and I would never in a million years recommend them to anyone for anything. They should be shut down seriously. Too bad too, because the place has a lot of potential.

Place is ok, asked numerous times for the lights to be put on, bathrooms horriable parking is tricky they have a child outside directing traffic, don't get punch and lemonade they want an extra 5.00 per person for that, so we served water and coffee, had to clean the tables before hand everything was dusty, they do have a bar with a woman running it that should have retired 10 years ago, caught two of the workers taking plates and plates of food out like they were grocery shopping for the week, we didn't mind if you ate but that was ridiculous said one of our guests broke a chair and wanted to charge us for it, he didn't after all promptly turned the lights off at 5:00 after we finally got them on, my daughter's celebration of life was lovely not because of the place we used but what we did to it to bring it alive. Like the previous person the place has potential and could be lovely if it had new owners interested in making it that way than just a buck, we forgot the big coffee pot we brought, well you couldn't see after the lights went off, I guess PGE must be big. I wouldn't use or recommended this place to anyone. I guess we should send a bill for the food.

We had a great time at Crow Canyon Park. The employees were very attentive and we plan to come back next year. Loved this place!Plan to have my cousin's birthday party there.
