Great Filipino food truck to patronize - I highly recommend this place. Even though I'm Filipina and can get Filipino food any time I want, the food here is authentic and worthy of your support. Love their pork sisig. It's flavorful and meaty - no pig ears and pig cheeks, just the good stuff. Try it!I would have liked the Lechon Kawali to be a little more crispy, but it was still delicious. I loved the shanghai lumpia - tastier than usual, not dry, and had a good crunch. Looking forward to trying their Bicol Express next time. Yes, there will be a next time!

Gio needs to cook faster... waited in line for about 20 minutes and I still didn't get to place an order. Granted there was a line in front of me but at least take all the orders at once so you can cook everything after. They came to the Solano County courtyard and we only have one hour lunches. I left the line at 12:25 shortly after another person left in front of me cuz her lunch was over and I walked to The Grind and ordered a warm sandwich and when I passed the line coming back to work the person who was in front of me was still in line! I would not have had any time to eat my lunch if I stayed there. They need better time management. Other food trucks come here and we still have time to eat after we order.

Go glad cooked by Gio came to American Canyon! You can never go wrong with the pork sisig and adobo combo place with lumpia! All cooked fresh and it's all so flavorful! Check this place out and ask about their catering options too! Follow them on IG to see what special they have for the week!

Truck was at Vallejo's Second SaturdayI ordered the BBQ Chicken with rice and Shanghai lumpia. OMG ate the lumpia while walking to ny car.The chicken thighs were so flavorful and bbq'd nice and crispy. Rice was flavorful with scallions and sesame seeds. Nice size plate that I had leftover.Definitely a good to if I see the truck again!!

Great to have a Filipino food truck serving the Napa area. I don't eat red meat so them having tofu and chicken options for the sisig is amazing. Food is always on point. They do get very busy at times so I recommend ordering ahead of time if possible.

This place is so good and their food is amazing and I truly recommend this specially cause of the staff they are so nice and neat.
