Trinity Baptist Church Vacaville held their golf tournament at Paradise Valley Golf Course. The Clubhouse at Paradise Valley hosted our before breakfast and our after play dessert. We could not have been happier. The food was perfect and perfectly served. A special thank you to Alma... she was wonderful to work with.

30th Comicon birthday party for my coworker at this venue, and it was soooooo pretty here. Apparently it's a golf course. Driving into the neighborhood I was in aweeee, houses were so nice. Parking lot and entrance was beautifully lit at night. I can only imagine how pretty it is during the day. The room we had for her birthday had a window connected to the golf course bag where she served the drinks. There was a dance floor and an open balcony patio to go outside for fresh air. Sooooo pretty. A server continuously we around to refill pitchers of water. It was clean and well kept there. I would NIH consider liking in to this place if I ever need a venue to do something at.

My NEW hubs and I got married two weeks ago with a small group of family in South Lake Tahoe. We wanted a bigger wedding party back home the following weekend, and I'm so glad we chose Clubhouse at Paradise Valley. We opted for a cocktail-style party and served light hors d'oeuvres and dessert and included a four hour bar package for our nearly 100 guests. Planning and coordinating from the start just about a year ago until the day of the party was so pain-free and easy because of great communication, suggestions, and listening by GM Ashley, Manager Laurie, and banquet managers Brittany and Greg. Greg checked in with us throughout the night during our party and made sure we were happy and having a great time, while also very gently keeping us on track with our various formalities like cake-cutting, etc. (because we were having SUCH a good time! ). Kayla was our bartender and she frickin' KILLED IT. We have a crowd of drinkers (LOL) and she was so quick, efficient, and so personable. Everyone kept commenting how awesome she was doing. The banquet servers were efficient, unobtrusive, and so sweet. We had such an amazing night; all of our guests are still raving about the party and we are so grateful to Clubhouse PV and staff for coordinating such a lovely event. The food and drinks were so great and everything went off without a hitch (well, except for the hubby and me, who are so happily hitched, hitched, hitched! )! Thank you so much Clubhouse Paradise Valley and staff!

My husband and I had our wedding here on 12/22/12. In the beginning, our coordinator was supposed to be Brooke. Brooke was very friendly and helpful with what we wanted. However, at one point we made an appointment to meet with Brooke, but when we showed up we found out she was out sick. The cashier at the bar said no one was there to see us, but Brooke said her assistant was supposed to talk to us. Either way, no one was there to meet with us. Later on, we made an appointment and found out at the appointment that Brooke was leaving Paradise Valley. No notice before that. She said she was going to be there to help out with our wedding, but that did not happen. For the last few months before our wedding, Natalie took over Brooke's position. Natalie was definitely helpful in making sure we were taken care of. She listened to all our concerns and was flexible throughout the whole process. She for sure knew how to run a wedding. The timing and logistics of the wedding went smoothly, and the staff was professional. Our wedding ceremony and reception took place in the same room. It made things so much easier having both parts of the wedding in the same place. The room definitely looks beautiful when it's all decorated, and I loved the Christmas lights above the dance floor. The food was also very good. We had:Appetizers: smoked chicken quesadillas, mini quiche, and mozzarella stuffed mushroomsDinner: chicken in garlic cream sauce, tri tip in burgundy sauce, herb potatoes, tortellini, and fields of greens saladEven if there were some rough spots in the beginning, our wedding turned out perfect and we couldn't have chosen a better venue :)

My cousin had her wedding here mid September. My family and I were so happy it was in one location- tables, linens, chairs, food was all accomodated by Paradise. Nice size room. Perfect for a wedding of 130-140 guests. My only complaint was that the event coordinator that came with the venue was not on the ball. We found out she's a bartender for the venue, so she was a little inexperienced. With my cousin (bride) and sister (matron of honor) showing concern about the lack of organization during the rehearsal, they asked me to step in if things didn't flow as they should. We gave the event coordinator a chance, but with two huge mistakes during the ceremony, I had to step in. Once in position, I had to coordinate with the DJ, master of ceremonies, bridal party, photographers, videographers, servers, etc...A little stressful, but anything to ensure my cousin's wedding went smoothly. By the end of the night, we realized the event coordinator was in the bar most of the time serving and I had a couple guests ask if I came with the venue or if they hired me separately. I would have liked to give this venue a 4 or 5, but it lost stars due to the event coordinator, noise from the football fans screaming at the bar (don't have your wedding same time as a football game), the people playing at the hole right next to the ceremony, and the sports bar guests sitting outside next to the ceremony (they definitely need some type of partition). On the plus side, location was convenient, food was good, lighting and setup was awesome. It's a give and take. If they make those improvements, then it would be perfect.

While I agree that the event planner is somewhat hit and miss on the phone, she responds quickly to emails and messages. I think her schedule needs to reflect her position so she can be fully available to her guests through all stages of the party (she does not make her own schedule). However, that being said, she is fantastically easy to work with and really brought my vision into reality. The event coordinator goes beyond the call of duty to ensure that everything for the event runs perfectly as planned and was able to give me some great insights to help me prevent making mistakes as this was my first large event planning for the school prom. I just have to say that Natalie made magic happen for the students at my school and we couldn't be more pleased. The students walked away with a glow because the evening was just so perfect. I mentioned to her that The Clubhouse is the only room I have ever walked into where the photos do not do it justice. The room is very, very pretty and is already decorated. Doing much more than planning table arrangements would take away from the look of the room, making set up REALLY easy. Beyond the room itself, which is so lovely, the food was delicious, dancing divine, and photography was perfect (I highly recommend c.michelle photography out of Lincoln... she did a phenomenal job).I just don't' think there is better than this location in the area. I really think this venue is the best choice for your function and Natalie couldn't be any more helpful. And by the way- the lighted swags (?) hanging from the ceiling are THERE, they are not a client's for one event, they are permanent and GORGEOUS! They REALLY make the room!

We held a Retirement Party for my mother in law June 24 2018 Sunday. The service we got was very disappointing from the person In charge and the person whom my sister in law sign a contract with. The contract stated that we paid for LUNCH BUFFET that serves seventy five people. Yesterday, my husband was the last one to get the food at the BUFFET TABLE when he noticed he had the last clean plate. When he sat down we noticed some of our guests were going back for seconds, but came back to their table with no food. One approached me and told me there were no more plates. So I decided to ask the server to bring more plates out. He came back and told me he can't because apparently we were charged by plate and not per person and it's not an all you can eat BUFFET. There was plenty of food still available but no plates to serve it on. Can anyone tell me what LUNCH BUFFET means? Apparently my guest and I can only have ONE PLATE for our food regardless of how much we serve ourselves, even though they were plenty of food still left. To top this off one of my guests told the server to not take her plate so she can get seconds. I have never been so embarrassed. My sister in law addressed the problem to the person in charge, and all she can say is that she put 96 plates out and it should been enough because we only paid for 76 plates. What the F#%*! Then she said I'll bring some plates and don't worry we won't charge you extra. My Family and I have had events at this place and not once have we encountered a LUNCH BUFFET where bringing out extra plates is an issue. We paid for the food not the number of plates. The food was paid for, but we couldn't use extra plates to eat it?! This is embarrassing.

We had booked a venue for my moms Celebration of life. When we arrived we noticed that the room was filthy. We luckly had gotten there early. Sad that we had to clean up the place prior to the start of our event. No staff was around to help. We had to vacuum up the floors. The extra tables that were promised were not set up. We managed to find tables and set them up ourselves. The bathrooms didn't have toilet seat covers, nor toilet paper..we had to wait for help on that one. Some of the tableclothes had stains on them. Alma, the event planner said she would come at 11 am but did not show up till 11:30am. Its a beautiful place except for walking into that hot mess. And with all the stress I was feeling that day, I did not need that. Even the Chafting Dishes were dirty from the prior event, which was the day before. It discusting. And we just vacumed the floor, the guy just took a towel and wiped the old food off the dish onto the carpet. And left it on the floor. SMH

I am still in awe on how elegant this venue was on the day of my wedding. Ashley, the wedding/event coordinator and her staff have exceeded my expectations on their services. Here's my story. Less than two months away from the wedding, I was put in a situation to find another venue due to a "power outage" that was mistakenly scheduled on the day of my wedding at the original venue. Luckily, I was referred to Paradise Valley from a close friend and automatically fell in love with Ashley and the venue. It was easy to talk to Ashley and coordinate with her at short notice. My wedding was three dayss ago and I am still getting compliments on the venue, the set up, the food, and the servers. Ashley and her staff were dedicated to making my wedding day as perfect as it may be and that is exactly what I got. To the table set up, the attire and attitude of the servers, the lighting, the green grass, and overall ambiance of this venue, I strongly recommend this place to anyone in search of best of the best. I got the Tri Tip dinner meal and everyone was beyond satisfied. My guest attempted to go for seconds but unfortunately it's by head and although it was pricey it was all worth it.
