Our driver was great and got us to our destination quickly and safely. He checked in for each stop and was flexible with dropping off participants at their hotel. He planned ahead and picked safe places to exit and enter the shuttle.

I found CLS on Yelp to get a party bus for a Sonoma wine tour from SF for around 25 people. PLANNING* Getting the quote was very easy through their website. I received an email within minutes with a quote.* Number to call/text too with any questions. We texted a bit back and forth and I was able to get photos of the bus, my quote updated, questions answered.* I sent my schedule and stops to CLS the week of the trip. CLS communicated that to my driver as I didn't need to give him any instructions the day of!* CLS will let you know who your driver is / contact number the day before your trip. * Payment was easy via credit card before the trip.THE BUS* Huge bus, plenty of space for ~23 people. * Easy to control AC from the front* Bluetooth music connectivity, easy to pair, no issues * Party lights available, but our trip was during the day so it wasn't very visible* Unfortunately, no bathroom* Unfortunately, no stripper poleTHE TRIP * We had an 11am start time but my driver got there at 10:18am!!!! Can you believe that? He was able to find parking on my wildly busy street too.He allowed us to start loading the bus before 11am.* Our driver was Leland, who was SO AWESOME and so friendly. All of us loved him, and he made friends with all the other winery owners along the way. * Lots of trash bags, paper towels provided. As well as cups, water, and ice!* He helped clean up as we went along the ride. As we stopped at each winery, he would go in the back of the bus and start cleaning up for us. Thank you Leland!!!* Great driving, never had an issue. Even with some of those small windy Sonoma wine country roads!Will definitely consider CLS for my next party bus needs!!

We recently booked a 55-passenger coach bus with CLS for a corporate event and had a great experience. We were able to finalize our booking within a day - and the event was only a week away. Sharon was really helpful and responsive. They gave a very competitive quote that was an hourly rate which included all fees and gratuity. The bus was on time, clean and got us from point A to B and back on time.

Sharon is absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped me with a 53 passenger, 2-day event and it was flawless. She gives honest feedback and is quick to respond to questions. The vehicles were clean and in excellent condition. Highly recommend!

We just used CLS Global Transporation to shuttle our staff and some clients to a Giants game. It was an awesome experience and I was super pleased with CLS on all fronts. Reserving the shuttle and getting all the information on the front end was easy. The staff was wonderful at fielding my questions as the event came closer, and very flexible to specifics we were requesting. Our driver Luis was super cool and funny. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

Excellent experience pre and post booking. The rate you're quoted is all inclusive of fees and tip, no hidden costs except for toll charges. Everyone was very responsive when I had booking questions (booking site is very confusing and could benefit from a UX/UI overhaul.). They also included a complimentary cooler and bags of ice. Mark our driver was very kind and forgiving when we lost service and couldn't not tell him that we were a few hours delayed on the river float. Bluetooth connection was seemless and we had no issues. Will definitely book with these guys again! (PS to the business- I am a product designer and available for new freelance clients if you'd like a web site update for the booking experience :)

Everything picked up everyone on time there were little mishaps but at the end it was good very accommodating with lots of changes at the last minute but truly appreciate the contact that the company kept. Would recommend it 100 percent of the time.

We had a wonderful experience using CLS Global Transportation for our wedding day. The dispatcher, Sharon, was so patient and helpful throughout the entire booking and scheduling process. It was such a relief to know we were in good hands.Our wedding guests praised drivers Luis and Leland for their wonderful driving service and fantastic hospitality. They made sure all of our guests got to the Mather redwood grove on time for our ceremony and were promptly there waiting for them when it ended. Our Guests had a convenient and seamless experience with the shuttles, and several thanked me for providing this service for them.
