I absolutely love their Yunnan style rice noodles. The beef cold platter is also delicious, especially with the dipping sauce that comes with it. For the Crossing Bridge Noodles, you can choose to have the ingredients cooked in the kitchen instead of adding them yourself, which is super convenient. The service is also very attentive.

All I knew when we came here was that they have soup and that it's Chinese food. I had no idea what we ordered so when our Traditional Crossing Bridge entrees started to come out, I was excited at the presentation as it's very unique! I love that each item is numbered off in what order to put it in your broth. The broth here was also very flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I thought the whole dish was great and super filling/comforting- we came on a cold day so it was perfect! I love the concept of the Crossing Bridge, it's very different from other places I've been to and in a way, assembling and playing with your food makes it more fun to eat. There's so many other food options in this plaza, but I would definitely be back here when I'm in the area as we don't have anything like this in San Jose!

DONT COME! THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! Not the worker but the owner or supervisor. He was yelling at customers and his employees. He was being rude to the customer whenever they asked how long it'll take for a table or where they can put their name on the waitlist. The food is not even good! I feel bad for the workers there. The restaurant was clean and had a parking lot outside. Never coming back if this is how the owner or supervisor treats the customer and workers.

Food tastes okay here - but nothing about it sets it apart from other Yunnan noodles places in the bay. Service can be slow during busy lunch hours - so don't come here if you need to hurry up and go somewhere else. The layout for the restaurant is a bit poor - you need to pay up front where they have guests waiting to be seated. It becomes a bit of confusing who's there to pay vs. waiting for a table. Not sure why they don't just allow payment at the tables and let you leave after.

We loved the Yunnan Traditional Crossing-bridge Rice Noodles, so we ordered it again and we thoroughly enjoyed it. But this time we also tried 2 other dishes we'd never tried before:Yunnan Cold Rice Noddles (include Peanut): this cold noodle dish was delicious. The vinegar taste hit me so unexpectedly strongly at first, but once my tongue acclimated to it, I could start tasting the sweetness and the savoriness from the vinegar. It was tasty! It also came with pork belly and some other meat cuts as well. The peanuts added a nice crunch to each bite. And beware that this dish could be deceptively spicy. I enjoyed it and would get it again. $15 as of July 2024.Raksha Ghost Chicken: I see this as a cold shredded chicken salad with red onion, carrot, and some herbs in savory spicy vinegar sauce. The chili pieces here were no jokes - they were very very spicy. Beware. $10 as of July 2024. The name of this dish highly intrigued me so I decided to do a little research on that. So, it seems like there are many legends about this dish (locally known as guǐ jī). One says that ancient fortune-tellers used chicken bones to scatter on the ground to look for formations in order to tell the future. So as not to waste the meat, they mixed it with local herbs and spices to make what resembles a chicken salad. Other legends say that chickens were most often sacrificed to keep ghosts happy, but again, the meat couldn't be wasted afterward. Very interesting.

I've driven by this place a few times while grabbing food at other restaurants in the plaza so I decided to try this place out for the first time last week. This spot replaces the previous snowflakes and the popularity is definitely better than the last. We came on a Saturday evening and although the restaurant was full, the wait was minimal. After getting seated, you scan the QR code on the table to order. We both got the crossing bridge noodle set. however, shortly after placing the order, we were informed that due to the small table, it won't be able to accommodate 2 sets of the noodle simultaneously. At the end, we had to have 1 set cooked in the kitchen to allow space. Food was average, I can taste too much white pepper in the soup. The concept is good for you to cook your own noodles and put the ingredients in the order of the plate but the plate was too big. My suggestion is to switch the big plate to a smaller one so you can fit 2 sets of noodles on the table. Service was good. Time from ordering to food arrival was short and we were informed immediately when they needed to switch one of the orders from self cooked to kitchen cooked. Parking was good, it's located in a big plaza with plenty of parking spots. If you happen to be in the area and am craving crossing bridge noodles, this is a good spot but otherwise, I would recommend ten seconds yunnan rice noodle instead.

We came here around 7pm on a Saturday, we were seated immensely. We ordered the original crossing-bridge noodle and we love it! The ingredients are pretty decent and good quality, it is more authentic than other Yunnan Noodle Restaurant in the bay area. My friend had been to Yunnan and he found it pretty close to the noodle in Yunnan. Restroom is clean.Great food and service, highly recommend!

TLDR- shorter male cashier made experience traumatic by arguing that it's the customer's fault when served incorrect food My post is only about the service we had at the cashier by the man who looks like the manager. We ordered a pastry that supposedly had roses in it. The waiter dropped it off and we proceeded to open up a plastic package to get to it. Upon splitting it in half and tasting it, I noticed it didn't had any rose flavor. That's when I relooked at the package. After asking the server what exactly we ate, he said he took the wrong floral pastry but since we ate it there was nothing they could do. (All packaging had a flower on it. Very light font Chinese characters.)We did enjoy the pastry so proceeded to try and purchase more of the floral pastry that had Jasmin in it. But found it was nowhere to be found on the online ordering menu. I approached the cashier to show him it was not there. He said back to me that we already ate it and it was the same price as the rose pastry. (Attached are photos of the pastry section showing no other floral pastries except rose.)As a customer, I would not know what the price is without seeing it on the menu. And then he blamed it on me that I already ate the pastry. I proceeded to tell him, if a customer was allergic or had issues, they wouldn't even be able to tell medical personnel what they ate. He then said "oh well I can give you your money back". And kept muttering to my mother and I how it was just $5.50 and that we made a big deal out of nothing. After trying to let him know it wasn't the money that made us angry but his response and attitude towards solving the mistake. The issue was "it's your fault because you ate it so there's nothing I can do." Does that mean as a customer you expect us to confirm we got what we ordered before consuming it? At the end, we still purchased some more of their other imported pastry products. But this cashier kept on saying stuff and ultimately told another waitress to help us checkout. He didn't even want to be part of finishing up the payment process at this point. Yet he stood over her shoulder continuing to say it was our fault and that it's not worth it over $5.50.I agree it's not worth it. It's all principle and maybe naive expectations that a restaurant would not serve incorrect food and expect the customer to find out before eating it, but I'd never want someone else to have to experience the same service and deceived. The food was actually fresh and cooked well. The other waiters were food. Tipped 15% because I really couldn't give more since he just really made lunch a terrible experience.

I like it! Trying Clouddish for the first time and the experience was excellent through and through. The interior was nice, clean and roomy. We were greeted and seated immediately (later we found out by the owner). He was friendly, smily and very helpful when we were struggling on what to order ;)Between the 5 of us; we ordered the following:* The House Special Supreme Chicken Broth Soup with all the combination veggies, meat and seafood. Oh - so - YUMMY!! Note: You have the option of asking the kitchen to just bring out the bowl with all ingredients in it - but since this is my first time here, I wanted the full experience so they brought out the big dish of "everything", the noodles and then the large bowl of pipping hot soup. Then the large plate of goodies is labeled 1-10 so that you'll place the items into the soup in that order. My gosh - it is so good!!! The soup is SO flavorful and everything is perfectly seasoned and all ingredients are balanced in flavor. The bowl looked super large but guess what, I couldn't stop eating it so ate the whole thing AND slurped up the bowl of soup too! * Braised Pork Soup Noodles x 3 and everyone loved it. The soup base was full of flavor yet not too salty. One of us found it to be a bit spicy but perhaps he's just weak! lol ;) * Vegetable & Tofu Dry Noodles; The vegetarian in our party said it was really good, she can also take the spiciness but would have preferred it more mild. So just note to self that we'll order mild next time.* Appetizers: * Wood Ear: Very good and perfectly flavored though I personally don't care for all the chili peppers. Will request without chili flakes next time.* Fried Donut (youtiu): SO GOOD! Perfect also when dipped in the soup. A must have in my opinion along with your soup noodles Overall we all enjoyed a great, nice meal here!! Thank you and we'll be back soon!
