Chicken Express

I have to make sure everybody knows how excellent this branch of chicken express is.Every year we have a pretty big party and need good food for our guests. Every year I have reached out to Chicken express and I have never had any regrets!We live in Fairfield, but we always go to Vallejo for our party food. They always send a little extra and are very polite and professional . Thank you so much for the great food and service !!I hope you get more business now, because I am being very honest .

Our family have been longtime customers since 1997. We haven't been ordering in recent times and was reminded why this last visit. We went through the drive thru and ordered 16 piece family meal (two rice and beans), another order of beans, so a total of 4 sides. We asked to order a large side of pico de gallo which apparently wasn't an option, so we asked for a lot of pico de gallo. And 3 cakes. Got home and unpacked our order and noticed 3 sides only and only 6 small pico de gallo containers. This is not the first time and sadly not the second or third time items have been missing and sad amounts of pico de gallo was provided. We were happy to pay for a large side of pico de gallo, but bc it's not an option. Didn't go back to Chicken Express to complain bc we had company. Truly disappointed in our recent experiences

Love there crunchy tacos used to be only 75cents I think it's a dollar now but worth it the horchata is good. Can't go wrong here

I had these a few times delivered to work and it has always been great. Fall off the bone and delicious Mexican style rotisserie chicken. I came in person for lunch today and had the French bread, slaw and potato salad as sides and wow that was great. Home style flavor in both potato salad and slaw was truly fantastic. 4.5 in the food but there was a bit of a smell coming out of the kitchen which turned me off so 3 in that, rest rooms are ok and place could use a refresh of paint and just remodel so for sure I will get it to go from now on.Agua de Orchata was nice and not too sweet, service was good and even though they where very busy I got food very fast.

I always get the chicken tacos or chicken taco salad, food is always fresh; the workers are very nice.

Best Rotiserie chicken in town, with awesome sides.....,,,,Fast service too................. Recommended.......,,

Maybe I'm weird.. but I'm not sold on fried chicken, yes, when cooked right it can be good, but I prefer baked or rotisserie style. Chicken Express is a less greasy alternative to a good tasting meal...for yourself or the whole family. When I first moved to Vallejo many moons ago...thus was one of the first places we had dinner as a family. From that day on this place has consistently stayed true to great tasting chicken while adding variety to their menu.Even the pandemic had hit them as far as getting the help they needed to operate...they've been able to stay open and seemly busier that ever.Ciao for now!

Chicken express is supposed to be all the rave, maybe I had a one off..?Came here for the loads of cheese I've seen from other reviews and asked for extra on my tacos, whatcha see is what I got. Wife ordered the Taco salad and said it wasn't anything special. I'll tell you what tho, if they can throw some of that extra cheese on this stuff, I could be a regular and wait in that line that seems to always be wrapped around the building. I'll try it again to update, but it probably won't be for a while or at least until I forget about the lack of cheese I received.

Quite disappointing in every way! The food was bland and dry. The meat tastes like a used oil and the sides look very old. The staff were unfriendly! No one wants to serve because they are either talking gossip amongst each other or they are on their cell phone. The front yard could use some power washing as it looks dirty and sticky.

I ate the chicken tacos before I can take a picture. They were that delicious. I came all the way from Sacramento to play bingo. At first I thought this was fried chicken until I smelled the aroma. I will be back to smash some more of this delicious roasted chicken yummy
