5 stars for the won ton soup. Broth was excellent!Combo plates were typical greasy entrees. Didn't really care for rice or chow mein. Broccoli beef was crunchy and the sweet n sour n spicy chicken was really good. Egg rolls r only greasy spring rolls with cabbage only. Potstickers suck. I'd go back for soup anytime.

stopped in to grab my son a lunch for school and waited inside for 10mins until they fully opened at 10:30am. I don't typically patronize the eateries in this particular plaza, but I was on a time crunch. Lunch special is promoted at 2 items for 5.99. I ordered two. The rude as all hell, unwilling to compromise AT ALL cashier informed me that I'd have to wait another 20mins as they hadn't steamed the white rice yet. Apparently, they only serve white rice with the lunch special. The "lunch special" hour starts promptly at 10:30 when they open their doors. There were at least 3-4 other people waiting for them to open to order in addition to myself. Why wasn't the rice already made beforehand? Especially if you're unwilling to sub for fried rice or chow mein? Throwing it in a rice cooker is so simple, but takes at least 20-25mins to cook. I'd be furious if my staff allowed a dollar to walk out based on them not being prepared. Horrible service. Take a few more steps across the street to v8 kitchen. Their lunch special is 12.99 lol

This place is not good...ordered rice and shortribs...ribs tasted spoiled...I tried to ask for something else...they wanted to put new entree on the old rice...I said I wanted new rice...they would not do it...I just left my food there...ripped off by a legit business...uggggg!

Food was alright but the service was so bad I don't know that I could go back. The owner refused to give me an extra fork? Also, upon requesting hot sauce she proceeded to dump an entire tablespoon of chili oil on my food without asking me if it was ok.

Kinda don't want to support this business anymore. I always supported them for their big portions and good prices for feeding the community. And their garlic chicken is one of my favorites.... but last I went their I noticed they were not packing as much food as they always have, and then after I was eating my food, I noticed the container size had also shrank. This is a big No No because I could take my 3 item meal and share it with my kids, but now 1 doesn't even fill me up.... so what to do? Deal with this bs? Or go to another chinese restaurant that serves similar quality food (which wasn't even the best) for a more affordable price with better portions? I think my second option until I hear they are portioning their food like they used to.

I came in @ 1:55pm lunch special 11am - 2pm $2.99 sign big as day on their window homeless guy comes in behind me says he only has $4 I help him out I ask the owner who on the register about the lunch special she stood their with an awkward smile on her face said no lunch special I said ok proceeded to pay for our food and I asked a few more questions and she had a nasty attitude but she was also Otp taking an order I asked her to take care of me first so theirs no mistakes she said no continues otp and ringing me gave me the wrong total and didn't wanna give me my change when I asked for my change she gave me a different price with attitude like I was in the wrong overall not a good experience food was blah customer service sucks from the owner on down to the angry Latino woman skimping on the food 1 outta 10 would not recommend if ur looking for delcious food and excellent service head over to RICKSHAWS

Best Chinese food place in Richmond I would say, nothing too fancy but never disappoints. Service is okay but other than that, as a foodie I would recommend to anybody in the area craving some good quick Chinese food. Prices are reasonable as well.

They are cheating everyone on the chicken wings! If u order 4 orders of chicken wings(12) @ 3.35 each for 3 pieces they only give u flats, if you order a large which is the same price as 4 @3.35 they will give u drumsticks but only give u 10 pieces! When i pointed out that she was cheating me by not giving me 11 pieces in the large she got mad and said that the wing drumettes were too big and weighed more, but u not selling by weight u selling by the piece! They cheating everyone! Boycott Chefs!!

This has been my go to place for years but the service is so bad. I was the only customer in I was gonna get about 8 plates of 3 item of food and I was almost done ordering. Someone walked in also with a order of 3 plates. The food was almost done so they told me you have to wait 10 more minutes for the chicken wings and not mind you my kid was hungry. The owner got mad at me instead of how the girls were serving. You will not see me here ever again and yes I left all the order.

I ordered a combo and ask if I can get my fried chicken on the side and they made it a big deal that they couldn't do that. What was so hard about literally putting the chicken in a separate container. Not even a container some paper.... Lol okkkk
