I'm a fan of M. Night Shyamalan thrillers, and Trap didn't disappoint this past weekend, bringing both suspense and humor. They don't have reclining seats in the theater, but they were updated, clean, and comfortable enough. In auditorium 23 (and possibly others), all seats behind accessible seating only has an aisle on one side (on the right when facing the screen)... For rows with 11-12 seats, imagine having to walk over that many people in a full theatre showing if you're sitting on the other end of the row (it's not clear when you buy tickets and choose seats online). Luckily that wasn't the case for my recent moviegoing experience. The concessions stands here are ordinary, nothing that stands out... no alcohol, no milkshakes, no coca cola freestyle machines to customize sodas... just your standard popcorn, hot dogs, pizza, and candy, and a regular fountain soda machine. But the place was clean, the sound and picture quality was pretty good, and I didn't encounter any problems while I was there. All in all, a decent theater for catching a flick.

This theater is located in a plaza with lots of other restaurants/stores. I came here with some friends and it was not too packed. There was still parking even with all the stores around. When we went into the theater, the seats did not recline and they were the older chairs. I'm not sure if this was just the theater I was in, but if you want a reclining chair you maybe should call before buying tickets. We bought tickets in advance so didn't call. The popcorn was good of course! They don't have any trays to share so that was a little difficult since we were sharing a large popcorn with 3 ppl.

Save your eardrums and watch movies somewhere else. These theaters are too loud, uncomfortably loud. They will not lower the volume even if asked.

It's been years since we sat in a movie theater. They have apps, assigned seats, and reclining seats. I'm getting old.The front staff was awesome, helped me pick my seat, and told us the best location to watch the movie. We got there early, old habits lol from having to fight for seats. We ordered popcorn. $10 bucket. Ok, same prices I remember. Concession employees were so kind. Pilling up the popcorn, and laying the butter. Good old customer service. The ticket guy was sweet and smiled at everyone, telling them to enjoy the show. When we got to the theater, they were cleaning up. The staff was friendly and chatted with us customers. Definitely made me feel like the movie experience is coming back and the staff interactions gave us a reason to want to come out to the movie theater again!.

I waited outside cause the movie starts at 1145am, so I'm on my car waiting. My suggestion, they can open the door 1 hour early so that the moviegoers like me can hang out and can buy at the confectionary ahead of time, thats my 2 cents. As for the place, very clean and all in order. An employee give me tipss on how to save money in snacks in which i appreciate it. Now thats deserve a star!

This review is based off this one incident. Today my son and I ate at a restaurant in Union Landing. It was a Monday at 4:25p. I had my left overs and I didn't want to leave it in the car to melt because it was 90 degrees outside and the food would go bad. We went to purchase our tickets and I could see that we would be the only ones in the theater which is always nice! But the employee behind the counter informed me that I couldn't bring in outside food. I explained that it was left overs and we wouldn't be eating it inside I just didn't want it sitting in my hot car. I said we are planning on purchasing popcorn and snacks at the snack bar. They said they couldn't make any exceptions. I understand policies are in place for a reason but coming from 20 years in customer service and hospitality myself there are always exceptions. We had just come from great customer service at the restaurant and then to walk into this lack of was extremely disappointing. I decided to leave.

They have drinks, Beer and Wine only!! But when you're grown, liquor is liquor and cocktails and movies are always a good treat. Great theater with large seats. The concession stand was easy to get what you needed and quick. They carried lots of good options of candy and snacks to choose from. Our nacho cheese and hotdog was piping hot which I appreciated. The bathrooms were neat when I went with plenty of stalls. Plenty of outside parking and different places to visit Nearby. The theater was quiet even with a lot of teenagers included for the movie we were seeing we thought it was going to be a bit loud or rambunctious however, Everyone was acting accordingly and enjoying the movie.I will definitely come back to this theater for upcoming movies in the future. You should visit for sure!h

I like coming here because it's not as crowded as some of the other Century theaters I've been to, despite being located in a popular shopping plaza. Generally a clean location with nice staff, the crowd here is rarely too rowdy or rambunctious. Located near a lot of restaurants like Tomatina, Menya Ramen, and Texas Roadhouse, so it's easy to grab food before or after a screening. Parking can get a bit difficult during busy hours, but if you're willing to walk a little further, park near the Ana furniture store and you'll be golden. I have membership with their movie club which means I have one movie credit a month that rolls over and can be transferred to friends/family. Also gets me 20% off concessions. If you watch a movie at least once a month, membership might be worth getting as a typical movie ticket can be close to $15 these days. Membership is $12 a month and you don't pay online fees when you buy tickets in advance.I've watched many a movie here, and haven't yet had a terrible experience. If you love movies, consider checking this location out.

Very disappointed!!! My son wanted to see a rated R movie. With my permission and my presence visible to service person , they required me to stay the whole time. This is ridiculous, I obviously give permission! I showed up and was visible. He is 15. What do want me to do?? Hold his hand???? Ridiculous!!!

Theater 22 has smudges on the screen that show up throughout the movie and take away from the immersive experience FYI. Otherwise the theater is OK but a definite downgrade from the Cinemark at Pacific Commons in terms of seating and leg room.
