The staff here were the biggest take away. They know their menu and will help you choose food and drink options by your taste, but they have two most loved options by customers.I ordered a food item and nearly drove away without it until the staff came out to my car to come deliver it to me as I was starting my car. Not many places would go that extra step. Coffee and vegan pastries were both great quality and delicious.

It's a fair local place that roasts their own beans. The workers are nice and I'm sure it's a great local joint. I'm saddened that most of their beans are medium to full city. It's turning 3rd wave coffee into 2nd wave roasts. Feels like theyve got to please their aging and less coffee progressive clientele.I was excited to see an Ethiopian coffee here but at Full City it's meh. If you enjoy darker roasts it's a nice place otherwise avoid.

Friendly staff at the register. at 7am, they have several customers in the store already. I got a large latte (16oz) with soy milk and an added shot. It is pretty good and strong with the added shot but I've had a more robust and aromatic brew at other shops with just 2 shots. I try to stay away from sugar in my coffee now but I was eyeing the Cubano latte and the staff told me it is just a latte with a packet of RAW sugar. I still prefer this over Kaleidoscope for lattes.

I remember in high school, my econ teacher would rave about Catahoula and how great its coffee was. The business sponsored us waaaaay back to help our class pay for our AP Econ exams - it was solid. Only recently did I try Catahoula and started coming back! I wish I came here earlier because the shop is really cute, the staff are friendly, and the drinks are delicious! Out of the few times I've been here so far, I would have to say that my favorite is the horchata latte. You can really taste horchata flavor without it compromising that it's coffee as well. A plus is that there's parking in the back too, so you don't to worry too much about parking on the really busy San Pablo Ave. (although you'll have to worry if the cafe is full!) Def recommend coming here if you need a little pick-me-up and workspace.

Employees were friendly. Appeared busy for 2pm on Friday. Driving towards Sac, we stopped by to support local coffee roasters. First thing I noticed was the smell, usually the smell of coffee beans overwhelm your senses but that was missing here. I was concerned/disappointed about that. I ordered an iced cubano with oat milk. All I tasted was the oat milk. I got a free 8 oz house brew as I bought 2 small bags of beans. I'm thankful I accepted it as I poured it into the latte which balanced out my drink. Don't see myself returning. hoping beans I picked will be fragrant and full.

Disappointing Coffee Shop Experience, But Good Coffee Drinks & Light FoodWe had planned to sit together as a group of four. We arrived at 10:30 at a busy neighborhood coffee shop and really loved the vibe. My friend asked if they had caramel, but they said they only had "natural" flavors. A better response might have been "sorry, no," since caramel is easy to make naturally from sugar, salt, and heat. The next disappointing service moment was that our group had ordered, two had received their coffees, but before the last two drinks, two friends of the barista who ordered after all of us somehow received theirs first. Our first two friends had almost finished their drinks while two of us still waited to start. The barista wouldn't pass my coffee across the counter to where I was standing, even though I had just witnessed several people's food and drinks passed across the area where I was waiting. The coffee was great, and we all enjoyed iced coffee drinks. The Mexi Mocha was awesome. The Danish was fresh, and friends enjoyed their food items too.Sadly, we all left surprised by the service levels and poor choice of words. There are other great coffee shops, so we likely won't return here.

Woah. If you're a mocha fiend like I am, I highly recommend trying the iced mexi-mocha. The coffee beans used for the drink are very fruity, so the drink has a chocolate-cherry vibe to it. The most gourmet-tasting iced mocha that I've had to say the least lol. I had it with almond milk, which ended up being a really good call because I think with whole milk the drink probably would've been a little too rich for my liking.I also got Ethiopian coffee beans to make some cold brew at home. Tasty and smooth cold brew was made.Friendly staff (cashier gentleman even asked if I wanted a complimentary small cup of hot coffee, which is also a Yelp check-in offer). Shop was decently busy on a weekday morning and I can see why it's a staple to folks living in the area!

Have always driven by here but today we actually had time to kill so decided to give it a try and I'm glad we did! Had the Mexican Mocha & Horchata Latte. Nice little neighborhood spot where it looked like the locals like to hang out. Love to support the local mom and pop businesses, especially today! Support small businesses and boycott corporations if only for just one day!

Coffee was amazing. Smoky chocolatey mexi mocha with just the perfect amount of bold coffee flavor against the subtle sweetness. Ambience is chill a cozy little spot fit for a rainy day, nice to work when you don't want to be interrupted. Bread was kinda dry or stale maybe which is why they didn't get 5 stars from me. The baristas aren't very friendly too busy taking amongst themselves.
